Cracking machine Big M . If you want a lot cut in a hurry still the daddy for mowing. Excellent drone shots. Keep up the good quality work and video's 🏴
Wow that's some nice looking feed! If we grow it usually we seed it after wheat which would be the first of July and can usually get 2 cuts if all goes right but normally it starts raining bout time its ready to cut then it gets a bit out of control.👍👍
Texas Grazer I’m just down below you in Jacksonville. I just discovered this stuff this past week. How many cuts did you get out of that? How many bales in the end?
Which variety did you plant? We have planted straight Sudan before but want something with a little more leaf and less stem since we bale it for hay. What part of Texas are you in? We are just south of Ennis on the Blackland Prairie and sorghum varieties flourish in our soil.
Do you have trouble with aphids in sorghum? Any way to control them? They started showing up here in west Tn about 4 years ago making it a one shot deal for the most part.
We havent that I know of but we are looking out for them, heard if theres a lot of lady bugs around that means you have them. Not sure what with but spray it unless its close to harvest
Good day, Texas Graser, good video impressed by the crop, thank you from Wales.
Thanks
good video with good information, are you satisfied with your seed choice.
Planted it 3 years now and it always does good

By July and August here we are usually burnt up, 100 degrees with cracks in the ground if its dry enough

Curious on your tons per acre? Also curious if you’ve planted less pounds per acre and your yields on that?
Some of the better fields were around 13 tons. Worse was 3 or 4
Texas Grazer Looks great. Trying to get as much info as I can, considering growing it next year. wish you the best.
@@utubedude2842 we are about 3 weeks away from cutting it this year and its 6ft tall in the best places right now
