Sound effects really overdone ... drowning out the spoken narrative in parts . And far too much trumpet for this kind of story -- especially if jazz is not a special feature ... over the top.
Agreed. I even looked at additional settings and switched off ambient mode thinking that might remove the incessant music !
If you can't tell a trumpet from a saxophone then I'm not surprised you find the sound balance a bit off.😊
If you don’t like it blame the BBC. The sax 🎷 appears to be a part of their original production, not added in by the channel.
