This video hit the nail on the head. Had to like the video. My brother is 5'6 5'7 average build but I've seen him pull girls some average some above average. However, it's important to note his skin care/ grooming game is 100%, he's in London, he's light brown skin tone, he has good style, and most importantly, he's always putting himself out there. My opinion - make the best of what you've got.

I’m a really good example of this as I’m a 6 foot 2 lanky dude - went from 62kgs to 76/77 now and still lanky as hell - I still get chalked off as an option because of poor frame - I’m getting there and it’s going to be so good when I get there
Women care about looks money and status. If they find you ugly they won't even speak to you they ignore you. I've witnessed this first at hand yesterday a beautiful woman showed me interested which was shocking.

I will say…as a BM who is 5’6 200 lbs, stay in the gym, great physique, bad a$$ career, money…but I’m in that 1-3 range….the taller you are, the better off you will be…I have been literally been laughed at (more than once…and recently) while in uniform at work, lol…the women where I live are brutal to the guys who don’t fit their parameters…
1)STOP DRINKING ALL CALORIE DRINKS...only drink water and Unsweetened drinks(no artificial sweeteners). You WILL CUT 500-1000 calories a day doing this.
2)grow some stubble for a few days, girls LOVE heavy stubble(5-10days worth). Keep it groomed though.
3) start lifting or do 5-10sets of Rest-Pause pushups til failure. Do this 3 days a week. Remember, slow eccentrics(down) and explosive concentric (up) will help you build muscle while building power too.
3) GET A GOOD HAIRCUT!
4)fix your POSTURE, no slouching, walk like you own the room...and everybody in it🤣.
5)Don't take no SHIH from anybody.

I would say Normies can easily find a girlfriend in a warm environment like school uni etc.
But cold approach they would be rejected most of the time (80-90%) unless they have mad game

I do think these black pill guys over exaggerate alot, I'm an average guy and spent 1 week on tinder when I was single and got 25+ matches and 40+ likes and my distance was set to 10 miles or less, dating sites are typically easy because people on them mainly just wanna hook up, however I do lift and it does show a good bit so maybe that helped me out
