I haven’t watched KT for a long time, but from what I’ve seen Ari is the funniest regular by far.
Gotta remember a lot of their regulars early on were just dudes pulled from the hat that had been doing it for maybe 1-3 years and just happened to be better than the drunk open mic'ers who put their name in the hat because "Fuck it. My friends think I'm funny...I could blow up as a comedian." Ari has over a decade of doing the comedy grind under his belt, and he did most of it in Estonia where there's only like 1.3M people. So, it's likely a lot of the same people in the crowds as only a certain percentage of people are the type to go to a comedy show. It's probably why he can come up with fresh minutes that are already pretty well polished bits so regularly. If you're trying to test out jokes and 60% of the crowd saw your show last weekend - that joke best have a markedly better joke structure and delivery when they hear it again.
Don't forget Fiona the girl in a wheelchair. The disabled squad is pretty good. Them and Ari!

Depends on the level you're at. :D Maybe you're trying to make too much sense out of his jokes. We guys are laughing at the entire character and trying to see stuff from his point of view (some people may lack this kind of sympathetic abilities to imagine yourself in place of him or let your creativity set loose and imagine even more context around it - the humor depends on the context ) - so maybe you're unconsciously just afraid of eastern european guys :D and you consider them as simple and dumb and don't see their level, the character they're playing while still being down to earth.
Some of his stuff misses, but other bits are sheer genius. I don't really hold the misses against him, though- every comic has a bit that bombs once in a while.
