- A much more hopeful 2nd act i feel. This is the Prototype Launch Base Zone Act 2 redone with mainly the instruments in the original track in Sonic 3. 2nd loop is arranged differently, with a Sonic 3 styled Act 2 version included with added 'Michael Jackson' samples :)

Wow this is very surprising it sounds very offical and true to sonic 3 i just dont know how to describe it its just like the most accurate S3 style remix i've heard so far its simple but effective and i love that kinda thing This is going in my greatest sonic remixes playlist Spectacular stuff keep up the great work Yuzo!

I like this a lot. I feel like the prototype tracks were good, but Jun Senoue's instrumentation and EQ were off in Origins.

It was criminal of sega to remove the voice samples
As much as I like the "Go!" sample, I think that sample wouldn't be used in a final version of the song since the "Go!" sample is associated with the MJ tracks which is what Sega is trying to avoid altogether.
That is true. With this the idea was to restore the original samples from the MJ track to the version in the prototype and origins

@@gooeydude574 I like it sometimes, but sometimes I do feel like in alot of remixes they tend to overuse the MJ samples.
This is amazing... I listened to it yesterday while donating plasma and pumped in time to those "GO"'s... and I'm listening to it again right now while getting ready for work. Quality stuff, Yuzo, your stuff accompanies me just about everywhere xD

At least you made the protype version sound a little better but still Micheal Jackson made this OST great .. I'm waiting on the physical version of this game because it will have all the DLC. Looking forward to your next remix of what game series u do next .

You can download an existing music mod, download this video's audio as an OGG file, rename it to the name of the track in the mod, replace the one in the mod's audio folder and there you go.

Yeah, I was disappointed that they didn’t even try to match the intensity or aesthetic of the original released versions of the replaced tracks. Or at least add the “Go’s!”

This alongside Mastered Realm’s Ice Cap remixes is what I was hoping Origins’ remixes would sound like. It really would’ve been the best way to keep the spirit of the Genesis soundtrack without having the rights to the music. Remix sounds amazing!

Good remix, but I wish you hadn't kept the 4 notes around one second in all flat like S&K collection and origins and instead made it like the prototype.

I would have honestly prefered you to replace the copyrighted soundtracks in s3&k with your own ,if that actually happened we would have had a much better soundtrack for that port of s3&k.
