    Just a tip: As someone who has REALLY struggled with cystic acne, my dermatologist recommends Cetaphil or Cerave face washes!! These are the most gentle, and while you may think you need something more “intense” to clean your skin, those products tend to do more harm than good.

    • @purpleluma4715

      For some reason my skin would get really itchy, and irritated from using Cetaphil and cerave. I would get like a burning sensation on my face and then it would get itchy. I really wished it would've worked for me tho.

    • @MsButterflysting
      @MsButterflysting 5 років тому +14

      I agree, there's quite a few websites that break down ingredients that are beneficial & others that wreak havoc now or later (like hormone adjusters) but the main thing is to know where the 5% line is, if there's a crap ton of ingredients, the top five are the main ingredients & then the rest can be as little as 0.1%. To be fair, some are supposed to be in small quantities, like retinoids (start of low & work up to 2%) or you'll know that 5% line if say, a product tells you exactly how much of what is in it, like the Ordinary's AHA/BHA facial chemical exfoliant that's 20%/2% & is suspended in binders, preservatives, etc. Sorry, in a skincare binge.

I normally don’t spend forever reading every single ingredient on what ever product I’m buying, and second there’s so many options these days so why not buy something that’s good for u or good for the planets well being!? You aren't wrong, I use CeraVe because it actually WAS recommended to me by my dermatologist. However, it is usually around $15 for a larger bottle, which is the best deal. Therefore although it is an amazing product, it is neither under $10, or composed of all natural ingredients (what Penny usually goes for).

      @Legal.Knievel 4 роки тому +5

      @@sunny-dgates3801 it depends what size you get. The huge tub is over $10 but the 3 oz bottle (which is what a lot of moisturizers come in) is less than $5

    I just wanted to tell you that you’ve really changed the way I treat my hair. I don’t have curly hair at all but my hair is pretty damaged from years of heat styling and bleaching/dyeing. Because of your videos, I started using products without silicones and sulfates, I started deep conditioning, oil treatments, scalp massages and I don’t use heat anymore. My hair still looks like shit right now because it’s damaged but I’m sure it will improve because of the way I treat it now. So thanks for inspiring me 😘

    So the love beauty planet shampoo ....... I have absolutely no words for it .
    I’ve tried so many shampoos down to Aussie , Garnier , head and shoulders etc and all would give my head like an itch right after I got out the shower .
    But Love beauty Planet .... absolutely life changing , I instantly felt the moisture when I was rinsing it out and right after the shower I didn’t get the normal itch I get in my scalp . It also has a very very clean and beautiful smell to it 🌸
