The draw tool is maybe the most important feature. It allows you to manually smooth out note transitions which would otherwise have glitches. Oddly RePitch doesn’t allow you to move and hear the next note ie using the up down keys, you always have to loop and playback.
Wow! You got in this fast Christian. A few quick questions: Did you use Graphic Mode in Auto-Tune so it’s an apples to apples comparison? Also wondering if RePitch has any dedicated vibrato controls or throat/formant stuff for tone control (as AT has). Thanks again for a great channel!
Thanks yeah sorry I was suppose to say that I used AT in manual mode 🙈. No dedicated vibrato or throat control. Pretty straight forward but easy to use. I've been using Melodyne like I used RePitch here, just moving notes and then use AT as a final touch but since RePitch sounds great and has a great workflow I'll probably use it in the future instead 😊
But wonderful that you have old Pro Tools 12.5!! I have 12.7. I thought I was the only one already using the old PT. Regards! :) What is the cooperation between RePitch and Vocalingn Ultra?
Thanks for the video, I’ve been receiving ads for this plugin but as a Melodyne user in Studio One I don’t see any compelling reason to switch to, or supplement Melodyne with ‘Re-Pitch’.
The Editor is definitely better in RePitch. I do like AT too! I think I'll probably go in an manually fix things with RePitch then use AT in automode in the future. Thanks for watching ✌️
Autotune was used in manual and printed in Manual mode.
Compare with Melodyne pls.Thanks.
Based upon what I've seen so far, it seems like RePitch is more akin to Melodyne than AutoTune ... that's the comparison I'd like to see.
Why does Autotune take action when you're playing the green notes. Doesn't it have to be the red notes?

@@Christian_svedin Thanks. Might have some other stuff for you to try in a couple weeks.

Finally a full tutorial:)

I think I'd be fine if I where to only own melodyne too! I do like the workflow and sound of Repitch
though. Thanks for watching ✌️
I like Antares auto tune but I manually tune it for sure. I don’t see an upside in Re Pitch compared to manually tuning in Antares auto tune

The artifacts on 8:40s "wanted" beginning, is this from the use or from the plugin? Doesnt sound good.
It's From the recording. It's only demo vocals recorded with a cheap microphone ✌️
I think so far, so good. How long have you spent on this Autotune 9 ?
How long time I've used AT9 or how long time I spend tuning the vocals with AT? 🙈
the repitch track sound more close to original track, and the autotune track sound more thick and punchy to me,interesting🤔
Thanks
RePitch sounded way more natural to my ears than autotune. I think I’m sold!
You can ofc pull back the attack time of AT to make it a bit more natural. A combo of AT and RePitch would probably be a very good combo!
I don’t see any value of comparing repitch to auto-tune’s automatic mode instead of graph mode
You not convinced me
much more intuitive tools than in Melodyne
Is this the same as autotune?
no difference at all ....
