- Kazakhstan superstar Dimash returns to The World's Best stage and belts out a beautiful rendition of "Adagio" by Lara Fabian. But after the performance, he informs the judges that he will be removing himself from the competition, paving the way for the show's younger performers to fight for the $1M prize -- a decision not everyone is happy with.

This is not Dimash's mistake. And this is not a disrespect for the competition. This is a mistake of the organizers who made adults, formed performers compete with children. And it really is in our culture. Victory, of course, desirable. But to win, defeating a child?! .. I understand Dimash: it's just below his dignity. Will the world boxing champion be happy with victory if in the final match he will be confronted by an inept teenager? Is there really no worthy rival for Dimash in the entire huge world ?! Only children? ..

I wasn't rooting for Dimash, but he earned my respect on what he did. This show doesn't deserve talents like Dimash and The TNT boys. Strange strange format, judges are enormously biased, criteria for judging wasn't shown. It's like a freak show to be honest. In my opinion, The Singer 2017 in China has a better format than this even if Dimash didn't win that show, at least there, he competed with singers that have legit credentials. Judges were audiences, who were into music. What is this show even about?! To rig bucks? That's how it looked like to me.Even the title "The World's Best" is very very misleading.

Ставить перед выбором : кто лучше циркач или пианист? У Димаша, возможно, не было информации, что это винегрет, а не конкурс вокалистов.

Her post said something to the following effect: When RuPaul said “you knew what you were getting into”, Dimash responded by saying “I respectfully remind that when I signed up, I asked whether I would be competing against children and I was told that I wouldn’t. That was a precondition for me to agree to participate in this competition. This is my favourite stage and my favourite audience. I feel Dimash did what is in his heart. I think Dimash saw how upset the TNT boys were when they were taken off. I don’t feel he wanted to do that to other kids. He has a charity or foundation or such that supports young artists. All the proceeds from his London show he gave to young artists. I feel as his nature is and his beliefs he just couldn’t take away from them. Honestly I can only support his decision.

They were not allowed to discuss with anyone what they were doing. He didn’t know I feel they were competing with Adults originally I am betting. Probably because of not only his thoughts but his cultures. I am guessing he thought originally they might be voted on separately. I am sure it was not spelled out. 😊

Someone who was at the recording stated that Dimash had asked, before signing on, if he would have to compete against children and they said No. So, he didn’t know what he was getting into. Also, he made his statement to the judges *before* he sang, not after. This whole show was a farce in my opinion and they butchered his performances but used his name and fandom to gain viewers for the show. Typical. $$ talks. He is so above them. Total respect for Dimash.

Согласна, что китайский конкурс настоящий песенный, а не просто шоу ради шоу и рекламы. Все песни порезали так, как хотелось организаторам. Если надо было выдать в эфир всего несколько минут, то могли сказать об этом исполнителям. Тогда сами конкурсанты подобрали бы короткое выступление, а не организаторы портили бы целостность композиции так, как им хочется. Что могут понять зрители по тем огрызкам целого.

Dimash is from a family and the society with traditional values and one of them is fare competition, respect to the elder and love to the younger. I cried because of the way they treated him from the very beginning, and still they didn't understand the wonderful soul he has. Now I know why Di didn't follow that judge in Instagram and Faith Hill. I just hope people truly appreciate him and I'm sure that lots of doors are gonna open for him even more than before. they treated him in the worst possible way, that judge crossed the line, and they call themsleves professionals, and Faith talked about competing against Whitney or Adele, but she wasn't a child, so it wans't the same situation. They just don't get it, all they care about is business and money and fame, but he cares about others and for him singing and making music isn't business, it's his passion, it's in his blood, so that's why they will never be able to reach the same level, but he showed them that he is the real man, the true artist, because that's what art should be about, and it make me mad because it's almost forgotten in these times, thank God for Dimash, I thought all great music is gone until I discovered him :)

I love Rupaul! but I COMPLETELY disagree with him!!! Apparently the way the segments are filmed the contestant's don't know who they are competing against, So when he found out it was kids he didn't want to cost them a shot maybe their only shot on an International platform and respectfully and graciously gave the kids a chance.

Браво - Димаш , показал себя и ускользнул от кровопийц , и не стал шутом на побегушках , и покинул Амеров , поехал снимать отечественные клипы и поднимать престиж РОДИНЫ ..!!

@@Henso618 Просто судья обижен, он поддерживал Димаша больше всех. И он ставил высокие оценки всегда. Думаю он хотел чтобы Димаш победил, и мог бы поддержать его, но уход Димаша для него был шоком. Не стоит его унижать.

Молодец! Настоящий джигит. Теперь после Димаша условия этого конкурс изменятся. Сделают более совершенным. Вот так где Димаш там совершенство и музыкатоже изменится. Будет исполнения песен до Димаша и после. Теория музыки изменится. Придумают или добавят еще одну клавишу или еще что. Но в теории музыки изменятся фундаментальные вопросы. БРАВО еще раз БРАВО. Я когда узнала что он с Данелей вместе будут участвовать то подумала если выйдет на финал вдвоем он поступит так как поступил сейчас. Поэтому для меня этот поступок не был шоком. Всем хорошего настроения. Он в Китае занял второе место. А славу получил больше чем китаянка на 1 месте. И здесь также . Его Слава так велика по сравнению с этим млном. Этот поступок настолько высок что не сравнится ни с какими даже сотнями млнами долларов . Он завоевал этим поступком уже не млны а млрды фанатов. Всех фанатов поздравляю. Dimash is the best. The only thing that went wrong is the quality of the show. How disrespectful they are to cut his performance like this? I've been all mad since ep1, and then they cut it showing only All By Myself, and finally this?! Just because he quit doesn't mean you can show so little to the audience. Dimash made (to me) the right choice. I love and respect what he did. A person with a big heart and beautiful soul.

Dimash is a real hero in my eyes. Let's respect his decision. He didn't want to compete with children, that all. The children should be in a different category. You can't mix apples and oranges. So Dimash will make his career with or without this show. I am a huge Dimash fan!
Dimash was right to withdraw. They had him competing against children. It's not a real competition if an adult is competing against children. Dimash made a huge statement with his performances. He is officially on the map here in America. Btw.... Dimash IS the worlds best singer.
