Barely started the video and I gotta say this. I love that WWE is starting to show the fact that not all wrestlers make it big, they always start small is some fed or company nobody has even heard of. As someone who used to be in training, I like that.
the voice is just bad in here. The lack of crowd noises and random crowd plugins is so distracting. The vocals on Miz and your superstar is too clear. It's like they used a noise cancellation filter and added a lot of reverb.

This just makes me miss old WWE games like smackdown vs Raw 2007... had a solid story mode, awesome soundtrack (Three Days Grace, Rise Against), Road to WrestleMania, and who can forget MyGM Mode. Man I hope they remaster an old game like that soon.

C'MON 2K! First you screw up your NBA series and now you do this?! It's like you made finally a good WWE game but at the last minute you decided "NOOOO! It's too good for this dollar. Let's not put in a full story mode! We'll make it 10-12 hours only." I've been waiting for the DLC to come where you actually get to play the story full 'cos that would be really 2k! What's good? -Graphics. Only flaw is the hair but that's been the same for ages. I'll give that a rest. - Most of the time the feeling when you play. Actual gameplay is fun! - Realism. Super Reigns and Super Cena seem to be godlike. - Universe. I love to play it with my friend and pass the controller between matches etc. - Old school feel. You can hit chairshots to the head and you see blood. Greatness! - Character designing. You can take hours after hours making your character into what ever you want. Absolutely great. What's bad? - Everything comes to the story mode. It's TOO SHORT! Seriously too short! All the cutscenes are in that video and you don't add that much with the matches. After the 'story' is over you can only play 'side matches'. The lazy idea that after the story ends you can play side matches. Yeah. So you are the champ but there's no more cutscenes? No more... story? Just side matches where you grind points to buy moves and clothes etc? Fucking great. In the story don't get to choose where you want to go. It's scripted. Even giving the possibility to answer between the franchises would've been awesome. But in a match where you have to win to get into the show you want to go. Where are the build ups? The long build ups from intercontinental champ to tag team? Feud which turn to or three times? I mean from Backlash to WM? To go a full year through every PPV and then to win?! If you lose? Then there's a revenge storyline! Not just the 'rematch' option where you absolutely have to win for the story to continue! Defeat is not the end of a story! This is frustrating as all HELL! I need to go to sleep. Fuck me!

- Universe. I love to play it with my friend and pass the controller between matches etc.
- Old school feel. You can hit chairshots to the head and you see blood. Greatness!
- Character designing. You can take hours after hours making your character into what ever you want. Absolutely great.
What's bad?
- Everything comes to the story mode. It's TOO SHORT! Seriously too short! All the cutscenes are in that video and you don't add that much with the matches. After the 'story' is over you can only play 'side matches'. The lazy idea that after the story ends you can play side matches. Yeah. So you are the champ but there's no more cutscenes? No more... story? Just side matches where you grind points to buy moves and clothes etc? Fucking great. In the story don't get to choose where you want to go. It's scripted. Even giving the possibility to answer between the franchises would've been awesome. But in a match where you have to win to get into the show you want to go. Where are the build ups? The long build ups from intercontinental champ to tag team? Feud which turn to or three times? I mean from Backlash to WM? To go a full year through every PPV and then to win?! If you lose? Then there's a revenge storyline! Not just the 'rematch' option where you absolutely have to win for the story to continue! Defeat is not the end of a story! This is frustrating as all HELL!

Predictable as the story was. It was still good. It had everything we expect from a wwe game. Nothing to complain about.

the ottaku prince to get to the main tittle its like in real life when in the business,you go for a mid card title,you defend it and when you get popular and more fans behind you get to go to the maine title except this is a longer process in wwe

2K should learn A LOT from them.
The stupid thing is that a movie-like story makes more sense in a wrestling. Pro wrestling is supposed to be a combination of athletics and theatrics. They seriously need to put more focus in the latter.
@Larry Silverstein Obviously, but that doesn't mean they can't give the wrestlers actual characters with storylines that properly justify matches.
I figured it out. Everyone but the lead voice actor and HHH did their lines from an early flip phone.

I still would have thought that, a WWE game would be voiced by all WWE talent, in the story & in game...
Captain DeadPool well you have to take into account some of them do movies and other things so all won’t be able to voice themselves

There's some good voice acting in this mode, but the story feels like it was written by someone who had wrestling briefly explained to him.
