there are rivers Kosh-Oi (in google maps 51.367732, 92.725519) and Torgalyg (51.367731, 92.794433)
Like two girls walking hand in hand,
Look, how lovely are Kosh-oi and Torgalyg,

Two rivers, like sisters in beautiful clothes...

A lot of people seem to be posting kind of inaccurate lyrics on here. The only stanza they sing is:
Xoldarynda chettinishken kozha baskan iyi kys deg
Kosh-oi bile Torgalyymny konchug toptap körüngerem
(It does sound like they change the last word to something along the lines of körü...sen be or something here though)
The translation for this stanza is:
Like two girls walking hand in hand,
Look how lovely are Kosh-oi and Torgalyg

It is two rivers in Tuva. The song is about how beautiful the rivers are.
