Strong neutral person, always in favour of true justice to the suffering side and on the side of protecting society at large against the robbers, hoodlums and anti social elements, that's what Mr. Salve is. @@Mommie_2017 :D actually thats true. I just googled. Thanks for this info. Even with this interview, its clear some things he is saying are unbiased, while some are clearly biased. Whole argument about UCC will help people who are born in matriarchal societies and hate it. What about those who are born in patriarchal society and hate it? Would have liked a more neutral view from man like him.

As he said he is the senior-most person from judiciary among all sitting judges today.
Very straight forward person, with the guts calling 'bloody spade a spade!' He is sensible enough to submit that he doesn't know when he really doesn't. And on the things he knows, he penetrates mercilessly to the bottom, that's the beauty of this man. He never takes sides. His views on UCC are helpful to understand the subject in totality.
An offspring of a renowned NKP Salve of Nagpur, i understand he could speak in Marathi also. The interviewer like Navika did fairly a good job.

Yes. One could follow once religion laws until one in dispute seeks legal recourse by approaching court. If all in dispute accept Sharia then no problem. UCC to those they feel their religious laws harming them and approch court.

Degenration is not merely in Maha politics, but in the judiciary, which has hit the nadir,which the nation has to address on top priority, as the quality test is totally ,manifestly & shamefully absent. We seem to apply quality control to every aspect of life except for this wing. Pathetic indeed.
How Zubair was released, how one judge Pardhevalas comment which aggravated Nupur's position, one Jacob who laughs over genoside of Brahmins, Lalit comment that every sinner has life to live, asking Hindus tolerants even get killed by one judge raises doubts about what's happening in SC or in other courts.
As long as SEBI has not banned short selling in India it legal way for brokers to do business. If the Hindenberg report was wrong and published only to tarnish Adani group reputation then why did Adani approach courts against Hindenberg..?
SEBI can't ban in trading company unless it proves legally. Adanis could file suit for damages against it but in America only which has many legal problems reportedly.
These are the kind of interviews Navika should ideally be doing.

High command was everything so ministers were always dummies who do what their leader wants. After Sonia took over it's Khan -Mary party. Hence madarasas continued and evangalisation allowed rather encouraged. If 5 education ministers are muslims after independence what should be said about it. Now also most of the spokespersons are muslims or Christians. Observe. It won combined voting of them and,of course, foolish Hindus voting it. Karnataka again proved it. It's the same in Kerala, NE and everywhere where ever they are in considerable number. It's true of all southern states. Your MLA do Christian, muslim work not your work.

This is one of the best interview I have witnessed...
I really respect him too, but i am surprised with this interview. Many of the statements he made are actually factually wrong. 1. Londoners respecting indians, look at Suella Braverman, Indian origin UK minister comment against Indians. 2. How UCC will encompass matriarchal societies, infact they will erode the basis of it by putting man as head of the family. While i am all for UCC, I expected more unbiased opinion from him about its true challenges.
