How to Use Run To Start a Program As Administrator In Windows 11

Right-click on the windows icon on your taskbar. Choose Run from the list. Run window will open.
Type the name of the program that you need. Press Ctrl+Shift+enter on your keyboard. It will run the program in admin mode. You will get a pop-up with confirmation - click on Yes.
