If the GUARDS WON'T FOLLOW the new RULES and use their voice to protect their HORSES then LET THEM DEAL WITH THE TOURISTS because they will continue TOUCHING, and GRABBING the GUARDS and HORSES REINS..
What is wrong with these guards ? The new rules were put in place to help protect the horse from abuse but clearly the guards dont care about the wellbeing of the horses.its disgraceful they should be reported and Animal Welfare should be informed.
I am so sick of these guards that do absolutely nothing to enforce the rules! They’re spineless wimps who apparently don’t have the *%}*^ to speak up-loud & clear!! I’m asking all the UA-camrs at the Kings Guard to start getting closeups and even names of the guards who are not doing their duty! They should be called out & REPLACED with some guards with gumption! SO…….WHO IS THIS GUARD THAT CANT FOLLOW THE RULES??!
Maybe this guard missed the meeting or just can’t be bothered to support the new rules…I believe it’s a really good idea, horses are left alone, Guards can relax a little, so try to be more alert young man 👍
I have a better idea. From now on, keep the horses in the box at all times. Tourists can't get to the horses. Trying to keep the public off of certain areas of the sidewalk is futile. It's a public sidewalk!

Ich kann nicht glauben , daß der Soldat nichts sagt..wozu neue Regeln,wenn die Touristen nicht gezwungen werden,die Regeln auch zu befolgen.

The guards allow it. Once one steps over the lime everyone follows. The horse is trying to enforce the rues more than the guard is. It’s hard to watch

The white lines were put there, to avoid scrunching for "Group" photos, and grabbing the horse's reins. WTH
