I guess I’m just too old to understand this. What if you do have leases, business leases, or business loans on these cars? What’s the big deal? There are ways to mitigate tax exposure, and take advantage of depreciation, even without going the Montana LLC route. I own 40 cars. I have titles to about 30 of them. Truth of the matter is, in order to finance a $600,000 car, you have to come up with a minimum of $100,000 down. That’s probably more than 95% of the population of this great country of ours.
