I literally did this a couple of hours ago. Wish I saw this video first. Would’ve saved me 10 extra minutes.

I took my daughter dyer apart omg 😱. I there was lint everywhere. My neighbor and I use an air compressor to blow out the massive about if lint and dog hair. I had to put part in the dish washer they where so bad. Came out clean. Now I’m taking the dryer to my house. Thank for your videos

We just got brand new machines and are studying your channel carefully! No fabric softener shall ever touch the washer and once a month washer cleaner. The dryer will be deep cleaned for trapped lint removal once a year. We went with a top loader. They're GE, wish us luck!

I like how the newer dryers have a u shaped enclosed mesh catching more of the lint

Where do you find the service manuals for these machines? I'd like to tackle some maintenance on mine but I am not sure about the disassembly process.

I vacuumed the inside of my dryer. Surprisingly it wasn’t that bad.

My ex does not ever clean the lint trap. Never. I’ve told her many times that she is going to burn the house down and the message doesn’t get through. Oh well, I guess. I tried.

thanks for the short, is there anything special about the front panel disassembly? I have a similar unit where the lint trap housing screws are on the inner face.

Why on earth do you need rubber gloves? My dad and grandad would be rolling in their graves to see today’s men.

Well for one he buys random dryers. Why would you in hell touch someone’s stuff without gloves??

so if the machine decides to draw first blood, it has to cut the glove first.
