How beautiful! It is gorgeous. The doctor had excellent taste. My condolences to his family.😢
All he did was REPLICATE good taste of eras past.
@@robk9685 Right. That is what we call 'tradition.'
@@andresinsurriaga1082 He had horrible taste in males though. The one he hired for sex murdered him.....so it's all a wash.
@@andresinsurriaga1082 He didn't have good taste in cars though. He preferred the worst quality vehicles produced in this era.....Range Rovers. I'm sure there were many more "Look at this!", "Look at ME!" low quality items inside the place ....along with the $7500 Cartier watch he bought....the night before he was off'd.
@@robk9685 Well didn't he have a vintage Cadillac?
What a place 😢
This makes me so sad. This Dr. was a great Dr. to have been murdered this way. By someone he trusted. RIP
Camera person made me dizzy. I had to stop watching
@@annettehall1569 most of them are "dizzy" in that neighborhood.... obviously.
beautiful house. not a good vid tho.
Very sad what happened to the Doctor. Great house. I’d be interested in the Cadillac!
@@chippoz He chose his fate. Seems to be every gay dude on Detroit's gay B List "knew" him but none stepped up to the plate to warn him. He was not a Detroit native. Many of his so called "friends" were. I'm 120% sure the Cadillac wasn't his. He probably didn't even know what it was, just "flashing" it.....like the $7500 Cartier watch he bought....the night before he was murdered. He chose to drive the worst quality vehicles produced in this era in order to "flash".....the Range Rover.....and supposedly he had TWO. 😀. He quickly adapted into the Detroit lifestyle with his Indiana Mennonite Amish-ish roots.
It went pending 6/10/24
Devon Hoover 😢
@@GT47179 Doctor Devon Hoover. How disrespectful! 🙂
Death house
The house is certainly interesting. I would not call it beautiful. It's very dated. Realistically, its not worth 2.5 million. A murder house will be very hard to sell. I bought one that was on the market for 7 years. I paid 10% of the original asking price. The house lacks warmth. It looks very chopped up. Too many rooms.
Ummmm.......it's an architectural MASTERPIECE that has been exquisitely cared for its entire life. You obviously are not a fan of, nor do you even slightly understand impeccable, historic, over-100 year old mansions that are time capsules. The buyer pool for this magnificent home is admittedly small as it appeals to those with very deep pockets and a burning passion for historic preservation, to the nth degree. It is true that having a cold-blooded murder take place in the house is its biggest challenge. And your paying "10%" of the asking price of your home from 7 years ago is utterly meaningless with regard to this video. Was yours a world-class, historic showcase of more than 10,000 sq. ft. with museum quality details and materials and with steel reinforced concrete construction?! If the Seigel mansion does sell, it will most definitely sell for above 1.5 million. Very wealthy retail giants from 1915 were not looking to design "warm" homes and this one is stunning. 🙄🙄🙄
It’s called historical restoration to the era
@briandouglas1701 It's called pretentious gay dude that obviously had too much time on his hands. So you seem to be one of those that is most devastated by his death but state in a podcast that you "didn't really know him well at all, just through mutual friends" (as a waiter), and you tried at a Grindr hook up with him that "almost " happened.....but obviously didn't. The gay Detroit circus around this tragedy. ....
Onsolved murder.......I might add to that 😢
@@robk9685I guess you miss the big picture kiddo 😢
