Great video as always Keco! There are some questions that just do not need to be answered... However I am so looking forward to hearing your take after the InArt interview.. thank you so much for keeping the content fresh and engaging in so many aspects! Strong work 💪🏻🔥🔥
Thanks for another great video Keco, I love these interactive videos that you do. Please make more of them in the future. Appreciate you as always 👊🏻 🔥🔥
Great topic! We see these questions being asked daily. And sometimes it gets to the point of being irritating! However, we must remember... There are new collectors joining us every day as well. For those of us that have been doing this for awhile... We must help guide the new collectors in the right direction. I've been collecting 1/6 for 16yrs now. And when I began, there weren't many of us in this specific hobby. And there wasn't Facebook groups to turn to! So I had to learn by trial and error.
The "what should I buy" etc. line of questions happens in every collecting community. I dabble in watch collecting and follow the forums, and people ask the same stupid question. How the hell are we supposed to know what you like, your own personal style, your lifestyle, what you already have in your collection, etc.?
Great video my friend. Thanks for sharing mine. If i see one more Andor gif in an unrelated Hot Toys post im gonna lose it. With regard to Hot Toys boxes, they are KILLING me space wise but i cant get rid of a box for a premium figure like this. Back in the day I had a hard time throwing away Hasbro packaging lol. Its not even about the resale value for me. Probably my OCD and the fact that Im out of room and are starting to rotate my collection.
one of the pointless questions I always get when someone finds out I collect figures and dolls is: "how many ____ do you have?" 🙄 I always answer that I have no idea, I don't collect numbers.
Looking forward to the interview someone to ask the tough questions you can’t ask for more than that as long as you’re respectful which is a given with you
Here’s a question for John when you speak to him. If the issue for delay is due to the lack of rooted hair support why are we still waiting on the sculpted hair batman?
5:51 Just like expected release dates, shipping is also considered to be expected not a guaranteed. If you want your figures on day one then move to Hong Kong or pay those overpriced shipping costs and prices.. I highly don’t recommend doing that unless it’s something you’re willing to risk.
I would love to see you tackle, “Things that Hot Toys UA-camrs say.” My #1 thing that I hate hearing is “I’m not getting it but I’m happy for those that are getting it”. Are you!? It seems that this is only said because someone is afraid they might upset someone. It’s totally fine to just not like or not want something.
If you do get to talk to InArt one thing I would like to know from watching Will's videos is if they will continue to add foam packing with the head sculpts like they did with Aragorn so they don't fall off their stand and get jumbled around in shipping?
I've been wanting to buy multiple Avatar statues like Neytiri and Jake for my Avatar display. Weta Workshop is one I've been loving and have bought a character called Kira from my childhood classic movie, The Dark Crystal. There are a few companies that create these collectable statues. Some are still on pre-order. But with a handful of companies like Sideshow Collectibles, Iron Studios, Infinite Statue, Hot Toys and Prime 1 Studio. Which is best?
Really depends on which one looks the best to you, because they vary from company to company. But usually, Prime 1 is the best offering, though a bit expensive
Man that first question I see is the most annoying question I have ever seen and I wonder, why the hell are you asking that? Buy whatever makes you happy!
Here's a screwed up statement. I've been collecting Hot Toys, Sideshow, Blitzway, Hollywood Collectibles, Shepperton Design Studios etc since 2008 and I've got other things dating even further back to the early 90's and I've spent around £80K plus and I've yet to open a shipping box. Very full 30' loft space. I haven't had my display room done yet as I cannot decide how I want it as it will be bespoke as I'm a film studio owner who used to be a model maker/art director. I couldn't tell you half of what I have. Madness aye.
Here’s my silly question 😅: I wonder if InArt will finally give straight answers or will choose to be deliberately vague , borderline untruthful and dishonest on a life stream , yet again … 🤔 Maybe it’s more of a rhetorical question 😅.
I'm still a collector who wants to have his pulse on the collecting world. Though I'm not buying inART anymore, there are several collectors still who are that are entitled to answers that they may not be able to get without a platform of their own , so I'll use mine to help them.
Oh and goods and services... If you buy on any Facebook groups. These people will never do it.. and the worst is that now paypal charges fees for friends and family to the sender.. really hate buying from Facebook for that reason, not to mention no security
Lol Keco out here lookin like he's got a silver tray in front of him with a rolled up $100 bill and some Fun Dip
😂😂😂
Oh boy fun dip is so good especially if you get the flavored fun sticks idk why you would use a $100 dollar bill… you’re not taking about the candy 😟
😂😉
Made it to the video ! 😎
“Why do you even collect?” 12:32

Thank you for entertaining me!
That's my endgame honestly

I feel ya. Throwing away my legends boxes was a brutal experience. Never thought I'd recover
@@KeCoCollects Lol. Glad to know I'm not the only one!

A few did submit that one, but I kept it to ten

"Got it for (amount). Did I get a good deal?"
Yes! that's a classic too.
Here’s a question for John when you speak to him. If the issue for delay is due to the lack of rooted hair support why are we still waiting on the sculpted hair batman?
Oooooh. That's a good one
@@KeCoCollects i thought that could be an ace up the sleeve. if you need back up on the interview let me know :)

This is a fantastic idea and would make people mad... I love it lol

"A good question for another time..." - inART probably
I could wait I got it tru onesixthkit to, but if you do a interview with inrt as you said I will wach just to see what the say 👍
Lol, good question, and I ordered mine from Spec, which means I will get it in 10 years ;)
When will SS ship Keco’s next video???
Well before that inART Batman I guarantee it

I will be doing my BEST to make sure you get honest answers. We are owed them
