Can I just say, your truck is awesome! I've never seen any mobile works truck like that here in the UK. I'm sure similar exist, but nothing I've seen with a massive vise hanging on the back, opening doors with torches neatly in place, generators, grinders, welders..... It's like Heaven on wheels!!!

I know recording and posting videos is extra work for you, but don’t stop. These videos are very informative and inspirational for a newb like myself. Even when you burned yourself and fumbled around with stuff is awesome. I seem to always want to grab hot metal.

Thanks. As I reviewed the video, I noticed that a piece of slag fell along the edge and stuck onto the piece as I was picking it up. That's what got me. I knew the part was warm but that got me good.

I am /was a certified gas pipe line welder, never worked pipeline , but couple yrs heavy construction & 20yrs @ NUMMI/ Toyota/GMC & was always thankful that the few times I got burned I was close to a refrigerator/freezer where I could get ICE . In hind sight it might be a good idea to always have a small cooler/icebox in the truck

On Bonanza, a city slicker went into a blacksmith's shop and took ahold of a piece of hot metal and put it down rather quickly and waved his hands around some.
Someone asked him "Was it hot?" He replied, "No, it just didn't take me long to look at it."
