Even though we already have an HG moon gundam, I think it would work really well as an MG with how intricate it is. It definitely has a lot of room for extra MG detailing and goodies.
Man this design really grew on me over the months and i’m glad the kit seems so great! Obscure suit I’d love to see a MG (or any grade) would have to be the Le Cygne from the Gundam Ecole du Ciel manga.
I know we’re getting A LOT of grunt kits in the MG line lately, but the Zaku IV, from the Moon manga, would be sweet to see. Sure it’s a big chonk, and would be a challenge to get articulated well, but it absolutely would be imposing.
The MSS-008 Le Cygne from Ecole Du Ciel is what I'd love to see an MG of. Just a very unique design for a Gundam-esque unit. And giving the manga and the heroine Asuna some recognition like that would be lovely.
Everyone forgets Ecole Du Ciel even though it got an official English release back in the day. Shame too, it's one of the few spinoffs with a female mc
I would love to see a MG of the original design of the Nu Gundam from the High-Streamer novel. It's so different from what we are used to when it comes to Gundams and it would be a fresh model kit to build especially in the torso with the giant vents in it.
I’d really like the version of the Gouf that Ramba used in the Origin manga as a master grade, it’s my favorite iteration of that suit. But also the Moon Gundam I think would make an incredible master grade with plenty of shelf presence
The Kshatriya is what I want as a master grade. I liked the HG version but I would love an MG version of it even more and want to see it in it's much more detailed splendor!
I would love to get an MG Regenerate Gundam from Gundam SEED Astray R, while I think it's impossible due to the size and the transformation without having its price lower than MG FA Unicorn, but I would love to see its NTR Backpack on every single MG Gunpla because that's one of the best functions of that Gundam.
I think if they ever went through with it, the most likely chance would be a P Bandai HG. Even then, that has a sadly low chance. (That said, I'd probably grab one in that case!)
I’d love Bandai to do a full run of Origin MG kits. Ragbag Ral’s prototype Gouf, the Waff, Bugu, Dom test type. So many cool Zeon kits. It would be a great way to create a new unique Zeon frame that many of these kits could share so Bandai can get many kits for less work. Absolutely love the origins line.
Master grade woundwort from AoZ would really round out the line, feels like it's missing from the lineup and would be great to mash up and combine with the rest of em!
I lucked out and found an MG eclipse gundam in a Hobby Lobby of all places. What was even better was the store was having a 40% off all boxed model kit sale. I scored this puppy for less than $30. Can't wait to build it once I get through my infinite growing backlog of plastic.
The RGM-88X Jeddah from the Moon manga would be cool as a prototype of the Jegan, I love all the extra details/vents/thrusters it has plus the head design is cool. I wouldn't even mind if it was just a re-born100/full mechanics or whatever Bandai wants to call it now as that feels like the whole point of those lines. Honestly most stuff from Moon looks awesome, anything designed by Ippei Gyoubu even more so as he's done so many of my favourite MS' from G-Lucifer to Kimaris and even Mobile Doll Sarah.
The Sisquiede in Titans colors, though I'm probably dying before seeing it. :B Even a HG or Robot Damashii would make me, as a certain UA-camr's pop-up says, a happy man.
(GIVEAWAY) If I had an obscure MS that I wanted a master grade of, that is not from an anime I would choose the MSN-01 Psycommu Test High Mobility Type Zaku, as it was the perfect prototype for the Zeong, as well as the fact that the design can benefit from the previous MG Zaku 2.0 as a base steucture and MG Zeong for those wire guided arms. I also want beam effects for all of the fingers and a dedicated stand. There is also the fact that this thing hasn't gotten a gunpla since 1984.
You and me both man... though I'm still trying to get my hands on that elusive MG Sengoku Astray. Never grabbed one at release, and I've regretted it ever since...
The Woundwort (or any of the TR-6 models tbh) has technically been in Build Fighters Try iirc, but it was on screen for a few frames. The HG is a great kit, and I actually prefer partsformers for the sake of stability, but the Woundwort, TR-6 Hazel II, or the Kehaar would be incredible
A MG of the Kehaar atmosphere or prototype space unit would be quite the dream come true! Can’t stop loving them AoZ designs. Even more unlikely but would be the ultimate wish, would be the ReHaize getting a kit!
My dream MG is the Striker Custom from Mobile Suit Gundam Katana. Such a cool suit, and we could even get the FA version, or whenever it gets updated in the manga with more parts.
Ayyy finally Also the ones I'd really like to see as MG are the Astaroth Origin and Dantalion, they're both very cool and unique battle suits, and they complement each other so well, such underrated sets

Mobile suit variations is a gold mine for cool suit ideas one that always caught my eye was the AMX-107R Rebawoo, I’d love to see it (and other MSV stuff get master grades)

An MG ZGMF-X11A Regenerate Gundam will be very interesting kit to be. It fits the category its weird looking, color scheme is unique and not to mention the mobile armor mode. It will be also a good pair with MG testament and displaying this with the rest of it’s ZGMF brothers Freedom, Justice and Providence will be awesome.
Honestly, I think it would be neat to have a MG Gaia Gear Alpha. Although, considering the bizarre design and extremely intricate transformation, we’re probably not going to get it soon (but after seeing the eclipse and its transformation, my hopes haven’t been crushed just yet). A close runner up would be the Gelgoog Outer Space type from Char’s Deleted Affair. It’s a pretty cool modernized design for the gelgoog. Besides… you can’t go wrong with the Red Comet.
They should try making build manga kits again for MG just to give them more updates to old kita like how a change of plastic for the joints of the MG age 2 made more sturdier in the build age 2 magnum.

The Zero Shiki from the Zeta Define manga. A neat mix of the Hyaku Shiki, Rick Dias, and Mk 2 Gundam wrapped in one package. Plus two variants with Amuro's and Quattro's.
Favorite kit that needs a master grade is Gundam Atlas. I love thunderbolt, I love the ver ka kits, and it has such a unique look and weaponry. Hopefully a MG release coincides with the season 3 release. P.S. Welcome to FL! USA Gundam Store is an awesome stop and I go there all the time.
A good and unique design. It definitely suits its flight mode. Thats the reason i think why people want to buy that kit. If i want to see a new released gunpla i would definitely love to see an mg moon gundam.
The XM-XX Ghost Gundam. Technically a crossbone, but different enough to be cool in its own right. The Robot Spirit action figure looks amazing and is pretty much the only reason I know about the mobile suit.
The Dag Doll from Moon Gundam would be my pick. It's a really cool design that looks like a fusion of UC and IBO, it helps that the designer also did the IBO designs
A mobile suit that I'd love to get a kit of would probably be the Jagd Arche Gundam since I think personally it's a straight up a cooler looking design over the original Arche Gundam
The MSK-008R Modified Rick Dijeh from the Moon Gundam series would be a great addition to the Master Grade line. The design is like a combination of the Dijeh, Sazabi, and Varguil and it's immense detail and awesome Nu Gundam colors could be applied in Master Grade Ver Ka form.
i'd die for a MG Moon Gundam. it being distinctly a Gundam but having clear Sazabi DNA is so cool. the HG has such a Demanding aura that i haven't built any HG since completing It
I think the Perfect (impostor) Gundam from the thunderbolt manga, will be a unique kit to be made as MG, will be nice standing alongside all the other MG Gundam

An MG Cannongan-DX from Last Sun would be a dream come true not gonna lie. It will never happen and I feel we'd be lucky with just an HG, but a full featured MG would be fantastic!
I really wanted a MG of the Phantom Gundam but that's probably not obscure enough, so I'll go with it's predecessor, the F99 Record Breaker just because of how cool its name is (and because making a variant Phantom Gundam using some of the same parts would be a no-brainer)
I think a MG woundwort TR-6 would be cool. As MG, It would have more space and size to have more detail. Considering it's such an awesome looking design, with bandai improving the quality and tech of their kits, the MG line would bring great detail and a fun build process to such a cool design.
the Nyaia Astray is a rather cool looking design from gundam build fighter amazing manga, if Bandai decides to ever make that astray to HG, i would definitely buy it
With the newly released MG Mk-V, I would love to see a Gundam Mk-IV. We have the original Gundam, Gundam Mk-II, the Mk-III, and the Mk-V. It would be cool to see the whole group rounded out, even though the Mk-IV has only really appeared in SD series.
lol Zak's sneak details are the best. If you pay attention to his reviews you get more info than he lets on, like his last Frame Arms review. Definitely the most subtle and best model kit reviewer out there. EDIT: The obscure MS as an MG I'd like to see is Hrairoo. I really like mechanical, bulky and weird designs so AoZ is up my alley and the Hrairoo just looks like the offspring of a Qubeley and a Gundam, just with giant canons instead of funnels. It'd have to be more according to the artwork than the HG kit, though.
The Gundam LO booster from Gundam Wing's G-Unit side story. This gundam has amazing huge shields at its side which also acts as a weapon. Imagine looking at this mobile suit with all its glory in an MG. Simply brilliant.
I feel like anything from Crossbone would be a cop-out answer. So I would go for Le Cygne from the Ecole du Ciel manga. Also helps that I'm a sucker for the sleeker mobile suits and blue is my favorite color
A mg of the mobile suit used by the wolf if black clothes. From said manga I read it recently and it was really good and I was surprised that I liked the mobile suit as much as i did

I'm almost done with that age ii magnum and I nearly snapped one of the foot pieces in half and is in need of repair. Super fragile.

Just for safety, I think I should put a bit of silicone shock oil for the tight joints of the arms and the joints in the legs

lol Zak's sneak details are the best. If you pay attention to his reviews you get more info than he lets on, like his last Frame Arms review. Definitely the most subtle and best model kit reviewer out there.
EDIT: The obscure MS as an MG I'd like to see is Hrairoo. I really like mechanical, bulky and weird designs so AoZ is up my alley and the Hrairoo just looks like the offspring of a Qubeley and a Gundam, just with giant canons instead of funnels. It'd have to be more according to the artwork than the HG kit, though.

I'd love to see a MG Delta or Delta Kai, the design of either is great and would pop as a MG.
The Gundam LO booster from Gundam Wing's G-Unit side story. This gundam has amazing huge shields at its side which also acts as a weapon. Imagine looking at this mobile suit with all its glory in an MG. Simply brilliant.
I feel like anything from Crossbone would be a cop-out answer. So I would go for Le Cygne from the Ecole du Ciel manga. Also helps that I'm a sucker for the sleeker mobile suits and blue is my favorite color

A mg of the mobile suit used by the wolf if black clothes. From said manga I read it recently and it was really good and I was surprised that I liked the mobile suit as much as i did
