Hey i have one of these in single phase form When i put the lever into the stop position it does not stop all the way . It still spins . I noticed you have something different on there that i cant seem to find on mine . The brake assembly . Did all mixers come with this ? Maybe mine was taken off without my knowledge .. thanks .

I have the same mixer. My power is ran correctly, but every time I turn the machine on the belt moves up on the pulley. Any recommendations for this issue?

Allen Eddik, 100% sure the power is correct? watch the direction of my unit as it spins. otherwise... shim the motor to adjust the belt angle. easy process. I've used washers before ( not even on the bolts, just under the motor). one top set will make it obviously run down. bottom set of bolts will make it run up. but loosen both sets to adjust.
having learned this from a retired Hobart tech.

Simon Couls ok, just to understand correctly. I should place a washer between the bolt spacer and the motor to shim it correctly? Are the bottom 2 bolts supposed to have nuts on them? My machine just has bolts and nuts on the top 2, but the bottom just has bolts. Oh and the power is correct the belt is moving in the correct direction as your video stated. Thanks for the quick response.

      yes...
I am concerned by that. yes bolts are to be on them.
be sure motor is running the right way. 3 phase is funny like that. that's why my video and tricky switch.
