Hey brother, just stumbled upon your channel. NY is hammering str hosts, and now my wife and I are now forced to do midterm/longterm rentals. Glad I found your channel 🙏🏽
Hey i hear NY / NJ slamming quite a bit of restrictions. MTR is a great pivot! Just do it a bit differently than most people. You’re on the right channel! Thanks for connecting!
@@donnyjay4269 I hear ya, check out the stuff here, join the free facebook group i have too, connect with some local operators start connecting with some companies / marketing/ out reach. You’ll get up and going just need to put a little into it and stay consistent. Good luck Donny! m.facebook.com/groups/mtrwithjessevasquez/?ref=share
Ahhh, you're sho'nuff telling the truth here. Figuring out how to chase down bookings gives you a lever to pull when ABB isn't spoon feeding bookings. If arbitragers don't have that skill, their business falls apart. You're a wise mentor JV. Thanks for sharing.
It definitely worth it especially if you are looking at creating a business out of it I’m going directly to either the corporate agencies or relocation companies.
Im here in Warner Robins ga where they have a medical center here, do I ask do they have any travel professionals coming in or do I suppose to ask recruiters from different states do they have any travel nurses coming to Georgia?
@@carloshoward2758 I would start by listing on Furnished finder. Start calling, unmatched leads, also, you’ll want to connect with local hospitals in the HR department to find out what companies are using for their travel nurses.
@@JesseVasquezAirVenture have u tried Rabbu? Uses real time data with analytics, links to Airbnb profiles for properties it is comparing and endless filters, truly amazing. I stopped using airdna and mashviser after Rabbu came into business. However Rabbu is for STR not any MTR data

Spoon feeding, I like that. Silver spoon LOL let’s pave our own way, create our own spoons to feed from our own books of business🙌🏽
Huge slow down for us right now also!
What market ya in?
Denver Metro
Might need to try the STR during peak season and MTR during slow season tip

@@JesseVasquezAirVenture JV I appreciate it greatly.
What do u think of rabby vs airdna and mashviser as it's free
You gotta pay for the service to get the full on details, this is where you get to know your market
