Now you need a set of head phones/ear plugs for the girls and head to a NHRA drag racing strip!!!!! May I recommend Bristol? Thunder in the valley is on my bucket list but I’ve been to over 15 different NHRA races and love every bit of it!!!!! The noise from them will rattle every bone in your body!!!!!!
I am a big fan of NHRA and used to go every year when they came to Houston! I told them I didn't really get NHRA until I saw it in person! NASCAR is the same now, I thought it was cool before but now I'm hooked!
@@PavingNewPaths I went to school in Houston/Spring TX. Spring is just north of Houston and the school I went to provided free tickets to the drag races in Houston!!!! Met John Force and actually was invited into his pit area after the races and drank some beers with the crew members and him!!! That is a day I’ll never forget!!!!
I'm loving your life. I remember when my ex was like eight months pregnant and we went to see the top fuel dragster at Seattle raceway. When the car's would make a pass, my daughter would jump around in her tummy...
@@PavingNewPaths don't miss out on top fuel cars make sure the kids have good ear muff protection they will be scared at first but will love it my kids did...
Awesome video. My dad and I used to go to Talladega every year when I was growing up. We had a blast. I would love to visit Daytona one day and also do the driving experience. Safe travels
@@PavingNewPaths oh that would be so fun!! We are going out to SuperBowl Speedway in Greenville July 23rd for a Shriners classic race night. Yes it is dirt it is a dirt track. But so much fun. Y’all come out if you are in town.
That looks so awesome!!! Fastest I ever went was 135 through the King Ranch...allegedly.... Can't imagine another 35mph on top of that!!! Must have been one helluva fun ride!
The cars are purpose built so it doesn't feel like it's trying all that hard to do it! It wasn't until we passed the driver cars doing 130mph that I realized how fast we were going!
They said if you drive you can get up to around 150-160 after enough qualifying laps! This one they start you out for the first 24 laps at 130 max! We decided to just ride this time but I defiantly want to drive one now!
At one of my favorite places! Growing up in FL, we had tickets to the 500 from '98 up until 2017 when my dad moved up here to MN. Still very weird for me to watch it on TV. We start our big summer adventure to TN on a little over a week and are planning on stopping at Indy for a museum tour and maybe a track tour depending on time. Who knows, maybe someday our paths will cross on the road. Great content as always! Thank you!
We thought NASCAR was cool before, but now were fans and want to figure out how to see an event from the infield in our RV! Good luck with your big adventure!
@@PavingNewPaths It is definitely a different experience in person. Like you said, 1 car doing 170 mph is cool but seeing 40 of them doing 190-200 is something else.
@@PavingNewPathsour 20 month old daughter is a big fan of your girls. Every time I'm watching a video of yours around her and she hears them, she runs over and says "hey!!" and points at them and tries to get as close to the screen as possible.
For the ride along they have the car limited at 170mph, the driver says he put it on the floor the whole ride! He said the pros don't lift when they drive at 200mph!
NASCAR is fun, though really prefer the Daytona 24. An entire day and night of race car engines. One of my goals is to actually race Daytona (with the infield.)
Awesome.
Thank you!
Cool 😎 video n awesome about NASCAR
Nascar is awesome!
@@PavingNewPaths what’s Sunday
Stay tuned!
That was AWESOME. It's a good thing it has a windshield with that grin you would never get all the bugs out!
It was really Awesome! One might even say Everything was AWESOME!
That looks like so much fun! And a little scary. I’d give it 2 thumbs up, but I don’t want to get that close to the wall.
There was one moment I think I held the thumbs up for the entire back stretch! We got so close it was like the wall was inches away!
Lol... you're not going to stop smiling for a long time! Looks like you enjoyed that completely. Great video!
It was one of the best things I have ever got to do!
That was awesome! Pretty sure Kevin's racecar smile is 10 times bigger thank his Legoland smile.
He says everything was awesome at both!
Looks like Ashlyn found a replacement GranGran!!! Great adventure!
Just a fill in for the Day!

I don’t think you’ll ever wipe that smile off his face from when he was in that NASCAR car!!!!

Isn't wonderful when your adventure gets even more fun than you had planned for? Great job, that place is huge!
We had planned on touring the track and the Motorsports Hall of Fame! The ride along was a spur of the moment decision!
