Just do it! It’s pretty easy to delete the app and open a book. I used to watch tiktoks 24/7, but this shit aint healthy plus it won’t make you realize what you really need

If you want any advice, start a very interesting series that's fast paced. Those provide the most amount of dopamine and you will gravitate towards bokks more than your phone/tiktok because you'll want to know more of the story.

I love how genuine claudia is ❤ Most would just skim over and not mention having a lovers tiff mid cleaning session for fear of not looking 'perfect', but keeping it in is SO refreshing to watch. Ive had to purge my instagram and youtube of channels that make me feel bad about myself, and i think its a testimant to claudia that despite being absolutely STUNNING and living a blessed lifestyle, she's the only influencer i follow as she doesnt make me feel like my life isnt good enough. I appreciate so much you being honest about your relationship on video. Like the simple fact that you both argue. Its so small but it does help us not creating like unreal expectations in our own relationships. We r so used to Influencers only posting the good parts of their lifes online that we create a image of perfection in our heads of how its supposed to be and we get frustrated cause we don't have the same. So, thank you. It has a much bigger positive effect than you think. I'm becoming more and more of a fan of yours because of these little things. And I also appreciate Finneas being ok with exposing himself in these little situations even tho he's famous. He seems like a very mature person. This is so random that I stumbled on this vlog but when you start talking about the book " You can Heal your Life" it triggered a distant memory. The book didn't look familiar but when I googled, I was right, I had an older edition. And when I went through my first real breakup after 5 years, in 2008 (yes I am 35 and am probably ancient to you) this book healed me on so many levels, so glad its helping the next generation of females needing a little empowering
When she said birth control, my mind instantly went to Finneas's live where he said that as soon as they marry (which has time), he can't wait to knock her up😂.
