Hey guys! Just wanted to pin a quick comment on here, since it's not in the video (filmed before)
Yesterday I received a few concerns about my vomit journal on my instagram. My intention with that design was to give you guys a place to write down whatever's on your mind. Memories, poems, ideas, thoughts, lists. I gave it a silly name -- a play on the idea of "word vomit" -- so that it felt fun and easy, and added some humor to the experience.
I understand now that, for many, these words carry a heavier connotation so to anyone who has experienced a negative feeling because of this: I am sorry, and I will take this as a learning lesson in the future. Love you guys x

I can understand that ‘vomit’ can be a trigger for some people and I appreciate the kindness of your apology. That said, this is your vlog, and you use this term because it has meaning for you. Any word, phrase, idea - literally anything - can be a trigger for someone on our diverse planet. Please do not let someone else’s issues change how you present your ideas, and do not let it hamper your excitement and pride for your very cute notebooks! It is such an accomplishment! Kudos to your creativity and your work ethic in seeing your vision come to life.

I feel like it's just how she seems so balanced like the can motivate you to work your ass off or to be spiritual and meditate every day but at the same time also gets drunk on parties and does fun stuff and has a messy apartment sometimes. Long story short: I think the word I was looking for is "relatable" lol

Thank you, THANK YOU for this video. Sometimes I feel like the thoughts that run through my head or the way I feel about my life are something only attributable to me. I am constantly criticizing myself for one thing or another. About what I did not get done that day or week, or how I should have done one thing over another. I get down about not seeing progress after working so hard for long-term goals. I found myself to think negatively about almost everything! I would even be so stressed that I would snap at my parents and brothers for the littlest of matters. Listening to you just talk about your own outlook on life, and how you deal with self-improvement and motivation really help to remind me that there are other ways to think about my life. I feel that the life I am living is often not the one I chose, even though I made all my own decisions up to this point. I feel trapped by the responsibilities I have. Instead, I hope to truly free my mind, and pay more attention to how I feel and what I do. You are not just someone who makes videos and uploads them, but you are truly a role model. I love that you mentioned you would never stop learning, and I really admire that quality. Thank you for putting in the effort to improve yourself, and thank you for sharing your journey and the things you have learned along the way. Whenever you speak, I know I can expect something true, relatable, yet thought provoking!
