I got transferred to a sales LOB, I’ve never done sales before, I’ve been in the customer service department for 2 years,however, I am a little bit overwhelmed because sales is totally distinct (even though I have a good approach when it comes to talking to Cxs), it’s my 3rd day of training, we have not fully jumped into the main subject yet, hopefully I’ll be fine.

Hi maam. Good morning. I just done my account validation yesterday, but i dont know if i passed because the interviewer said goodbye after the interview but she doesn't inform me the next thing I should do..
She is supposed to tell you what's the next step to do. Up until today wala pa rin bang notice whether you passed or not? You may follow up the status of your application po.

Hello po maam ano po kaya ibig sabihan nung validator ko po last interview na ipapasa nya po raw sa team or iendorse nya sa team na naghahandle ng home-set up if may position po available and that they'd give me a notification in a span of a week.. does that mean i passed?
It means hindi po ganyan din sabi sakin when i failed sa interview ko, thats ok part of a life

can i reapply again on CNX... ive been thier for about 2months lng po since my issue lng po sa resume at sa coe ko po hndi ng tugma ang year...and they advised me to wait for something but id quit due to covid protocols.... any suggestions po sna mam... dahil gusto ko po sanang mag apply ulit sa CNX... How can I approach them about their financial status? Like should I directly ask them?
I think best thing to do to determine their financial status is to check the pament history. Check if they pay their bill on time and not a delinquent account. That's how I understand it.😊😊

Iam now trying to learn about sales, hard selling maybe.. I'm currently working as CSA, but I was so amaze by the earnings of my friend as a Sales Rep of one of the companies here in Cebu. They can earn millions sa commission nila, so I applied and got hired. Our training date is fast approaching, but before the training starts, I want to learn as much as possible about hard selling. hello po kaka apply ko lang po dito sa BPO company nakapasa po ako sa Initial interview pero sa final hndi po kasi on the spot po ung question at nasa sales representative po ako .. wala pa po akon expirience sa sales representative.. nakakalungkot po kasi hndi ko inexpect yung question..

When u in sales , and all u get is customer service calls , it'll mess ur ratio up...
How do I fix that problem?
Hi! The best you can do is help them fix their customer-service-related problems first. Once fixed, your customer will be satisfied with your service. That's when you can start to pitch for a sale. I believe that by the time that you're able to fix their first concern, they're able to build rapport with you, they already trust you, so, if you will offer them something, they're more likely to say yes to it.
