so is clay lighter than silt and sand? how? its finer it occupy less volume it must be denser and sink down?? or is to something to do with water retention? can you please explain it cause I’m confused

What containers did you use?
Jas jars/specimen jars. You can use any tall cylindrical container. Graduated measuring cylinders are a good choice

Sir can you give me reference of this Experiment. I Think it's USDA soil testing method but I didn't found any such information on internet.
