    Thank you so much for sharing. I find a lot of anorexia recovery channels but barely anything about bulimia. There is such shame around binging and purging. It's incredibly helpful to hear someone talk about recovering from bulimia. Sitting with those intense urges is what I'm struggling with. This is really motivating me to push through that uncomfortable place.

    I have been bulimic since 10 years. In the beginning I lost weight.... now I have put it all back in a tenure of 6 months with increased binging n purging.... I am hating myself like anything

    This is brilliant advice and something I’m going to try. I have a goal to have three bp free days in one week (early in my recovery) and I will hold on to this advice. Thank you 🙏🏻

      You can do it and you are welcome!! That is a great goal - BABY STEPS is the way to do it. Small, achievable and still amazing!!
