How to replace a new battery on airpods 3rd generation.

I m using 2008 blower, 120/60 air flow to open up earphone casing. There is a lot of fixing glue left inside, and you need to use straight tweezers to slowly remove the glue. The battery is snap-on. No need to solder like airpods 1st and 2nd gen.

HI M.I.R , where are you located in ? I'm Eric from India,I needed a battery replacement for my Airpod 3th gen , i haven't used them since 2 month .
Problem : The battery of left earbuds doesn't show any charge ,while connecting it also Displaying only 1 Airpods Connected
i tried all Basic Cleaning and Charging home solutions but nothings works out.
I love my airpods but one airpods is not working can you help me please ??
