      Don't do my boys like that Tyron. Aaron Rodgers is the best QB ever hands down. I don't judge everything off of rings. He got sack like 50something times one year and still had single digits int's. He's athletic,smart,and has a cannon for an arm. I love AR.

Without the players there is no NFL Without the Owners the NFL still thrives. Now, on the matter of Kaepernick getting a job, he should absolutely be playing. He's a good QB (used to be great, specially in his SB run with the 49ers, except the SB itself, the guy seemed unstoppable and unpredictable), and that's what matters. He plays well enough to be on any NFL roster, be it as starter or as a backup.

    I live in Wisconsin and it's a trip listening to salty Packers fans. They are the first to talk about how bad of a QB Kap is and how he CAN'T play, yet he's beaten (and outplayed) Aaron Rodgers 3 out of 4 times. So a guy that "can't play" was able to do this to Aaron Rodgers? Yeah.
    The thing that's funny is that Aaron Rodgers HIMSELF has stated that Kaepernick is a good QB. He's not insecure like the people that idolize him. It's interesting that *Aaron Rodgers* had to be the guy in a high position to back Kaepernick, but guys like Ray Lewis, Michael Vick (who was rewarded for his shameful effort with a job at Fox Sports BTW,) and Jim Brown throw him under the bus.

  • @xiongvou
    @xiongvou 7 років тому +3

    Why are they still debating based on Kaepernick's protest, that he can't get a job? We all know it's because of his protest. It is the reason he can't find a position in the NFL. DUH... The NFL is not a joke, and the quarterback is the face of the Team, so you can protest in anyway you want and it's fair. But you face the consequences based on your actions whether you believe its politically correct or not. The NFL might not agree with you on your protest and that's the way it is.

So since no one will pick him up that means the NFL is okay with police brutality, that's what I'm getting from this let this man play, it's the persons decision if they don't want to pledge, tf outta here with "oh it makes the team look bad" black men and women are being killed and he spoke up about it and because he's socially conscious I stand with you Kap 💪🏾👊🏾.

    If you say he should be on a roster, then you should also be able to say which team he is going to be on. Who's gonna take him? Who's gonna take on the PR hit for him? Who's gonna take the financial hit for him? Who? Cause right now it's nobody. If you think Colin should be on a team, how about you and everyone else who agrees with you get together and make a team? Seriously, if you believe that strongly, then put your money where your mouth is. Cause it's easy to demand others take the hit, but I wonder how many of you will be willing to pony up.

    Here's what I see with Kaepernick's situation, he is just as good (if not better) than some starting QBs on other NFL teams like the Jets, Jags, Browns, Bears, 49ers, Texans, Rams, and Broncos. However, there are two key things with either of those two teams. (1) They have rookie/sophomore QBs they drafted to be their next "franchise" QBs, so they don't want Kaepernick interrupting their development (applies particularly to the Browns with Kizer, the Bears with Trubisky, the Rams with Goff, and the Texans with Watson). (2) The other teams are either "tanking" or know they're going to be bad enough this year that they can draft one of the following top rated QBs in the 2018 draft such as Darnold, Rosen, Allen, and Jackson in attempt to solve their QB woes (applies to 49ers, Jags, and especially the Jets). The thing with the Broncos is that they were wanting to get Kaepernick last offseason, but he refused to take a pay cut to go to Denver, which is ironic because he then took the pay-cut in San Francisco soon after. I would say the Jags are the team best for Kaepernick as of now based on the circumstances in the league.

    Kaepernick didn't beat Rodgers, the defense did. Kaepernick has been trending downward, is bad for business, and polarizes. Nobody wants that on their roster. Like it or not. It's not all about ability.

    Let me guess. Without even watching the video Skip is going to find a way to bring up Mason Crosby's field goal, Rodgers only having one ring, his playoff record, and the conversation trails off to talking about "Skip's Cowboys".

    He expects to be hired. If any team hires him, 20 to 30 % of the football fans are not going to watch Kaepernick play. Advertisers will be reluctant to put commericial advertisement on any franchise that hires him. Professional sports is a business.

    Rogers should push for Kaepernick to be his backup not just to play in the league get him on your team so he can protest the anthem every week on your field. His activism is every reason he’s not on a roster.

So Kap needs to man up and make some noise or else we will forget about him in a couple of weeks once NFL, and college football starts* 🤔😎

    At the end of the day its the team's owner to decide if they want to sign him. Not the league's decision to put him on a team. Whoever is willing to pay him to play for their team. Exactly how an employer chooses who to hire for their company.
