@@hm-od5zp nah. There’s a slight risk of the ice being contaminated with some bacteria if there’s unpackaged raw meat stored in the freezer but you’re likely to only get slightly sick
She didn't put it in her ice cream. She put her ice cream mixture in a ziploc bag, and put that bag within another bigger ziploc bag with ice/‘freezer burn’ in it.
No actual ice was contaminating the ice cream mixture, it’s just a method to make ice cream without an ice cream maker.

I’m honestly surprised they didn’t. More terrible Cinna creations would have made for great content, but saving the same person every episode would set a bad precedent for the show IMO
