Nailed it. I'm currently into chapter 4 on PSVR2. Wrote a decent mini review on the PSVR sub-reddit that pretty much echoes everything you said as well.
Good news is that the haptics on PSVR2 are decent, especially during a few "crunchy" death scenes. I am happy to report that the performance on PSVR2 is good and looks to be the PCVR version.
I was also think 6.5/10

You talked about pc vs Quest graphics, but not psvr2. You should have, even if you didn't have footage of it
I didn't play the psvr version so I couldn't really talk about it. Based on footage I saw, it looked comparable to the pc version.
What's a 'low poly texture'...? :D

How is this game rated a 4.9 on the store and yet I've never seen one fully positive review?
Because you can't trust store reviews. Lots of smaller creators give positive reviews in the hopes of gaining favor with devs/publishers. Others play the game for 10 min then put out positive reviews with affiliate links so they get store credit. It's not a great system
Nice to see a left handed option. All games should have them but i never expect it. So far though on ps vr2 most ive tried do. Thank god
Its important for shooters as well because i shoot lefty because even my left eye is better than the right 😂
It might have multi player but good luck ever finding anyone to play with 😅

Played a decent amount of this over the weekend and to say I was disappointed is an understatement.
The best thing about this game is all the sexy AI babes.
