Is it possible to make a transparent PDF in adobe express?

Hi there, unfortunately saving in PDF with a transparent background is not available. You can save a PNG with a transparent background if you remove the background of a layer within a project (different from the background of a project). The background will still appear in the preview but PNG (transparent background) should appear under the download options. ^DB
