Great video mate. Visiting Japan for 2 weeks in October for the first time. I love buying tees when i travel as well as shoes. How did you find the prices of tees in some of these stores you visited
List of the sneaker shops he said in this video: Atmos Kindal Chrome Hearts Union Worm BEAMS Carry Me (Decently priced shoes) Stussy 2nd Street StockX Dropoff (can sell shoes too) Jordan World of Flight Kith Undefeated Supreme SNS Tokyo JIMBOCHOKicks
Every time I go I have to have a day to look around for sneakers and of course whisky, getting more and more difficult though, Last buy was the Beams air force one indigo’s
U feel like these are all spots I can hit in like 1 day? All in the same area? I’m drawing up an itinerary cause I’m going for 2 weeks next month so I’m lowkey trynna hit all these + the thrift shops u mentioned in Shimokitazawa. Any particular shops that I NEED to visit in Shimokitazawa?
yeah,,,it's really hard to fine a big size in tokyo japan,,,about US 12 is my size,...just very rare in tokyo,,,but still tokyo just like paradise for sneakers shopping..
Wow, that's cool! Yep, the sneaker-head mecca of Japan is indeed the Harajuku area. From the Chicago 1985 to the Dunk Heineken, you name it, they have it. Big sizes are not easy to find though.
Worm has heat, but their prices are awful. They had the Khaled 5s that were sitting on SNKRS for 15,000 over retail. I avoid them on principle after seeing that, lol.
Interesting. Was in Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka back in summer 2019 pre covid, and my bf who wears a EU 43-43,5 had no issues finding shoes. He even got a pair of AJ1 highs and he had to go up a size… but we didn’t go to all the locations you did, only Shibuya and Harajuku. Clothes was a different story for me at least, as I’m obese. Some shops wouldn’t even let me in staging they did not have plus/XL+ sizes. Tho normally I wear XL. It was fine by me. It’s their culture and norm so not gonna fight them just to force my way in and find nothing that fits. A heads up for anyone vegans out there, Japan was surprisingly hard for vegans to find things to eat. My bf is vegan and went to a fee vegan places, but like overall it’s a very omnivore country🤣🤣🤣 At least if you’re gonna eat out.
Great video my guy. It’s on my bucket list to go to Japan 🇯🇵

No chance you can do BOTH shimokitazawa and Harajuku in one day, split it up
@@JoshDominic right, I’m asking if what’s on the video is feasible to walk/shop in a day. And my shimo experience would def be a different day.
@@JoshDominic u didn’t answer my question about shimo
Are they cheaper in japan ?
Im a size 14 US. What shops can i expect to actually have my size?
Now i want to go to Japan... great video.

Japanese stores have extremely high quality standards yes I assume they are all real
Are they all used shoes? Are any of these stores selling unused shoes?
What were the sneakers you wore for traveling? It would be good to share that
Wore NB 860 v2 Black colorway and the ASICS Gel 1130 x Hal Studios
@@JoshDominic great choice! 1130 is super comfy!

I think you meant LV AF1 not Gucci AF1
Yes
What are some of the most common sizes you’ll find in Japan?
Size 8.5 to 9.5 seemed most common

Let’s goooooo and absolutely feel your pain not finding your size, I’m a size 10.5 and when I went it was hard to find the stuff I wanted in my size 🥲
