    Is there a way to make the tasks created in crm (or tasks created in another module) flow automatically into Zoho ToDo so that you only have to deal with one master task list program?

      Tasks from CRM will show in the Unified View of Zoho ToDo, but they're all still separate lists. It's been talked about before that Zoho is working on unifying the Tasks infrastructure to make this more seamless, but not sure on the latest updates.

      Absolutely! Like Nick mentioned, your CRM, Desk, and Projects tasks should show under the unified view.

    is there anywhere that we can manage task from Zoho CRM / Projects & Desk all in one place?

      Hey John, yeah Zoho ToDo supports pulling in Tasks from CRM, Projects, and Desk. It is a Task management tool nested within Zoho Mail, but does have its own url (todo.zoho.com). It's a bit limited in functionality but does show them all in one place.

      @@Zenatta Yeah I found that a couple of days ago... Playing with it before rolling it out.
      It's quite limited but better than anything I was able to create in the Zoho One Dashboard.
      I was thinking creating a live analytics report and making it a web tab in CRM might be the way to go.
      As a small team using multiple apps we could really do with something that pulls all users tasks together from all the apps to help them prioritise better.

    I’m not seeing “repeat” as an option when I create a task in CRM. I’d that an additional setting?

      Easy fix, make sure that the due date is filled in, otherwise the Repeat option won't appear.

      @@Zenatta Thanks so much! I ended up adding it in the settings too. Apparently that field wasn't included by the partner that did my set up.
