Whats crazy is even since October I developed some intrusive thoughts, anxiety and depression. The fact that now I’m 100% back and seeing things in a different way makes me realize how crucial and important mental health is. I used to be a non believer, now I pray every time I wake up and every time I lay down. God helped me to keep 10 toes down. I pray every day for those WHO NEED MENTAL HEALTH STABILITY, and trust me, those moments when you think you’re going crazy, you’re actually not, you’re just a human being who needs and is falling to the ground to find your inner self and wake up 100x times better. Hope y’all stay safe. And please… seek for help, we humans and trust me, after a 1st session everything’s going to change. God bless y’all!

Wow Fanum, I identified with this so much. I didn’t realize it at the time, but I went into a full fledged depression I would say around the time I finished college last spring. It was a rough period and I’m not where I want to be, been battling myself for a while. I’ve always been super future oriented but because my path shifted I freaked. I questioned everything in my life and was starting to fall into some sort of quarter-life crisis or something. It’s almost like the world and time was moving but I was still stuck in last year, I grew cold. But one thing you said in this really stuck out to me, “stop playing with your potential.” Regardless of my past failures my future is still bright and I gotta stop doubting that, just push forward and leave the past in the past. I also find it hard to fw people that I know in my soul aren’t genuine which makes me carry huge burdens of resentment making it extremely hard for me to trust. I peeped fake friends who enjoy seeing me struggling but I believe that one day I’ll find my people. It’s hard facing this alone but I’m just so shamed about it and I’m already an extremely private person to begin with. Nonetheless the first and most important step is being honest with yourself and what you’re going through. Allow yourself to go through it but don’t stay there. Anyways enough about me, I’m glad you’re doing alright and took the time you needed to recharge; maybe I will be able to do the same soon and not feel totally guilty about it. I’m most definitely saving this in my favorites for future references cause I know I will be revisiting this lol. Stay elevated my dawg, love. 💯🖤

Allow yourself to feel that pain and learn from it and grow from it. Workout and meditate everyday. It won’t happen overnight and you have to really want it.

It's a journey though. We all on the same journey. Some way or another. The thing I've found to help is 1. Meditate and stay in the present. And 2. To do what I enjoy. Doing things that IIIIII enjoy has been so good. I'm talking about eating this specific food and watching this specific show after walking by myself to this specific place with this specific music just because it will make me a little happier. Those little things is how i found myself. I still have bad days and shit but damn I've been the most consistently and genuinely happy in a longgggg time. I'm so happy you shared this because although I've been making progress it still is nice to know that there's someone doing something similar to me
