After long and painful dealings with amazon and the company who actually been "making" these - I ended up getting my money back and was allowed to keep it.
I have then decided to fix the damn thing and it works now but still would NOT recommend. .

Literally exactly the same thing happened to me on its second use. It’s been sat in my shed ever since. I wore down the plastic catch bit because of it so I now need a replacement for this whole part.

mine did the same nearly a year ago and quite new at the time. easy fix but notice yours smokes too, whatever i do it smokes on my P1pe too good saw but ...

Good video but when you hade the choke closed you're second pull fired so you are then able to open the choke and pull it no need to pull it to start it and not pull it 100 times that's probably why it broke in the first place excessively using the pull cord.

I have the same saw, used it twice and now it’s broken, I think the hose came of the primer pump, I can’t see how to get to it, to be honest a lesson learnt from this pile of shite.
