- MFKZ also known as Muthafukaz, is a french-japanese animated movie, or I guess an anime that tries to tell a decent enough story but fails to deliver. relying on mostly violence to tell a story.
It's zany and over the top with guns everywhere, still a mildly fun experience.

Love the animation style on this
This is one of those fucking awesome movies that reminds me of the 90s. Totally unique, but familiar in a way. The pacing is wild in this.
It's like something youd see, waking up at 3am with the adult swim Chanel on.
I really love the MFKZ movie though I admit a lot of stuff comes out of nowhere and makes no sense without the context, every time I watch it with my friends I have to explain some stuff from the comics when the wrestlers/scientists come in to save Angelino and Vinz, and even in the comics I think Angelino and Vinz running away from the luchadors is a dumb plot point.
I think people should be more understanding that RUN had to fit his 600+ page comic series into 80 minutes, but people shouldn’t have to read the comics for the movie to make sense.
I usually show people the movie and if they like the style/characters I try to sell them on the comics (my usual tagline for the comics is “it’s like The Boondocks had a baby with Full metal Alchemist”)
I loved your video btw! Your voice and style are very relaxing and get to the point, definitely subbing. Keep up the great work my man.
Also it may be nonsensical but enjoy the ride. This is the only piece of work that gets way more scrutiny than it deserves. It's a cartoon and it's all about the vibe and style.

the best scene was when angelino ran on the wall while getting shot at then swinging off a bar into the dumpster. i never seen animation that fluid
Honestly. The movie would’ve been much better if it spent way less time on the luchadors and more of the animation on Angelino, vinz, and the bad guys
Also I would’ve loved to see more of the SWAT soldiers. Instead the movie didn’t do much
Don't forget the book M.F.K 2 trailer but there's no English book all I see French and Spanish. But still waiting published release date

I LOVE THIS MOVIE SO MUCH!!!! I've watched it since it came out! this is such a creative movie, and coming from SoCal, I admire the inspiration DMC takes from Los Angeles. The fucked up atmosphere works well for this movie. We need more urban aesthetics for animated movies imo.

It was really sad to see how the adaption was executed. But they had to make it work due to restrictions.
Would've been better if it was a series or something. But they didn have a choice in that regard

The movie isnt executed well because the creator of mfkz had to cut out alot of the lore because the studios only gave him around 1 hour so yeah, what i would have liked is that the 1st movie be the half of the 1st comic then a 2nd movie being the rest

I literally just found this movie and watched it for the first time ever and loved every second of it. Really hope they make a sequel one day.
