The Astronaut by Jin is a present for ARMYs before his military service. This song shows his love for his fans. In music video, Jin is an alien and the little girl is ARMY. The spaceship shows that it's time to go to another planet(that means military) and the Earth he lives at the present is Home(that means family of BTS and ARMYs and it relates to the picture Jin held near the end of the MV. The summary is that he has to go but don't worry he will come back HOME, the warmest place with BTS and ARMYs.
I just want to add that Chris Martin from Coldplay has a cameo as the news anchor. The only time Jin got to perform this song live right before enlisting was at a Coldplay’s concert in Argentina and both the performance & Chris’ introduction message are heartwarming.

Jimin is really versatile. Everyone was expecting he will release a soft song like his previous solo releases like Serendipity and With You, but that man always comes out of his comfort zone to give us something new. His album is just... complete. There's nothing lacking in his solo album Face. It is my fav album out of all the members. And after Face, I love Indigo.
The reason Jimin titled his song Set Me Free PT2 is because on AgustD's second mixtape he had a song called Interlude:Set Me Free. So his song wouldn't be confused with Suga's, Jimin put the Pt2 at the end of his. 💜
Actually, set me free part one was a song by Jay Holt I believe. Sugar not August D had a song that was a teaser to a BTS album it was called interlude shadow, and it was from the map of the soul seven album..
Jimin is my favorite artist ever. His whole album Face is a masterpiece. He said each songs in the album expresses what he went through during the pandemic in a chronological order. Face off full of anger and betrayal, interlude he is lost, like crazy is about escapism, alone is loneliness and depression and set me free about him overcoming and setting himself free from his own inner demons. Set me free is another level of artistry. He can capture our attention every single second with just him and his dancers with just one set. His voice is just another level. You should check out the whole album. Thank you for your beautiful words about Jimin
Some people will try to say that Seven only talks about whoring, but actually this "dirt" in the song expresses something implicit that he wants to pass, he doesn't say it in the form of an explanation, he tries to say it through a more adult song, which he no longer a kid, or the cute Maknae, he kind of wanted to change that only image they had of him, even though the song wasn't written by him.

I love how you realized J-Cole’s verse showed A LOT of respect to J-Hope. This made me respect J-Cole even more than I did. You’re right, most rappers on features give a quick whack verse and get paid like they made the song. This collab was different.. the amount of respect given to both legendary artist was so amazing to witness.
Jimin has the main track Like Crazy, I like it a little more, with this track he took first place on the BB 100. His song STMF is very different from the rest of his works, although if you think they are all different. Serendipity, Lie, Filter, I also like Vibe ft
You listen to all their solo stuff and wonder how the hell did these 7 people make one group work 😆😆 they have such different styles but their harmony as BTS is amazing. That's why bangtan has such diverse music too. There's just stuff for everyone's taste 👌

Yoongi´s D-DAY album is a masterpiece and the fact he was on charge of everything, he produced, composed and wrote the lyrics is insane!!! And the fact that he literally created Haegeum MV is crazy.

Yes you're right. J Cole is JHope's muse. Jimin's tattoo on his chest is fake but it's a German poem by Rainer Maria Rilke. Edited: Jimin and JK are my bias and RM is my bias wrecker. But I am OT7, I love them all! Great reaction. I love the intro to their solo songs. There are so much you both need to watch. I can't wait to see more BTS. haegŭm, also spelled haegeum or haekeum, two-stringed vertical fiddle used in many traditional Korean musical genres. A hardwood bow strung with horsehair is passed between the strings to create the sound. The soundbox is made of paulownia wood and is open at the back. You can hear it being played in the background. The other meaning of "haegum" is applied when it is used in popular Korean vernacular, in which it means "lifting a ban and allowing something that is forbidden," as host IU explained while interviewing Agust D on IU's Palette in April 2023. During that interview, Agust D explained a bit more what the term means to him. "When working on 'Daechwita,' I downloaded tons of Korean traditional instrument sources. Playing around with the sounds, I eventually wrote the beats for 'Daechwita' and 'Haegum,'" he explained, as translated in the UA-cam video's English subtitles. He continued: "The word 'haegum' came to me. When I was young, I played rhythm games. I love rhythm action games. When beating a certain stage, you'd unlock a forbidden song; then you could play a new rhythm. It was 'freedom from forbidden. Why don't I try and break free from those things?'" AND there you have it! Your welcome. lol

J-Hope is my fave solo in BTS, he's such an incredible artist! I grew up listening to Cole and when i heard they were collabing... i cried. And when i first heard Cole's verse on this song... i cried again. I'm just so proud of Hope, man. I still remember him telling J-Cole "You're my muse" 🥺 So proud of him.❤
The DIVERSITY of bts is what got me, Jimin had me jumping for all over my house with that release, I love the story telling, the choreography, his voice, my favorite to be honest.
Yes Jimin have unique delicate but powerful voice and I love his voice too much this man is so goddamn talented like he sings so beautifully dances so elegantly and is that good looking it's feels unfair lol 😂😂😂
I like this type of reaction where you react to all members at once to see the different reactions. You should react to more. V - “rainy days” or “love me again” Suga - “amygdala” J-hope - “More” or “Arson” Jk - “dreamers” Jimin - “Like Crazy”
28:25 You didn't realized but that was 'Chris Martin' on the television, this song was made by Jin & well as Coldplay. Jin even went all the way to Argentina just to perform 'The Astronaut' with coldplay on one of their tour shows. Chris Martin/coldplay has already a song with BTS called 'My Universe' for which they also got a grammy nomination for too. Coldplay & BTS are like really close friends, they love, respect & adore BTS so much. Also about the song, so idk if you guys are aware about the korean military system that every man between age 18-30 (i'm not so sure about the correct ages) but b/w this time period every man has to serve in korean military for 18 months. So from BTS, Jin was the first one to enlist in the military & as of right now Jin & J-hope are currently serving in military. So before leaving Jin made & dedicated this song to all the ARMYs, that little girl was representing ARMYs, just like he left that girl to ride the bicycle on her own after teaching her, so actually he was reassuring ARMYs that after he leaves, armys will be fine on their own (as he won't be here). This was just a little background of the song for you guys :))
RM wild flower is talking about his inner struggling between being a normal person and an idol. JIN'S astronaut was a temporary goodbye to army before he enlisted in the military . Jhope on the street is a temporary goodbye as well that is why you see a child in both mv's they represent army. Jimin's set me free pt 2 is an anthem for being freed from criticism and hate by staying true to himself no longer caring what other people say about him in a bad way. Heageum agust d is part of a three song trilogy about him facing his inner struggling with depression social anxiety and OCD and trauma mental and physical.
Jimin’s is actually freeing himself from the feelings he felt chronically through the pandemic, he has explained this several times. Even though he has received a lot of hate and criticism this isn’t why he wrote this song.
@@kerriritter6591 to be honest it could easily be taken like that for Jimin given all the stuff he’s had to go through! You did a great job! Army are here to support one another!
The tattoos on jimin’s body was a german poem. Yoongi (suga/agust D) has a story line with the song haegum. It’s a continuation off of his song “daechwita”. If you haven’t already, you should react to that song/mv as well. It will make more sense of why he kiIIed “himself” in haegum.
yall need to see set me free pt 2 live 🤩🤩 and all of jimin’s performances tbh, every bts member is a great performer, but jimin is….. just on another level
The reason Suga goes with Agust D is actually very simple! Suga was part of some kind of a rap group called Daegu-Town (DT, I believe that was the name) and the name came by just writing DT Suga backwards ! Agust D

Their full albums and not just main track r masterpieces, infact some of their b side tracks r so amazing (i personally love some more than main track).
12:00 The tattoo inscribed on Jimin are from a German poem called "Ich lebe mein Leben in wachsenden Ringen” by Rainer Maria Rilke. This translates to “I live my life in ever-widening circles that stretch themselves out over all the things. I won’t, perhaps, complete the last one, but I intend on trying. I circle around God, around the ancient tower, and I circle for thousands of years; and I don’t know, yet: am I a falcon, a storm, or a mighty song.”
I am also thankful for Jimin, he is my bias. Alone is my favorite song of his face album. And RM song hectic is beside Wildflower sooo good! I have both album as CD and enjoy them during car rides! And J-Hope, Agust D aka Suga, Jungkook and V hmmmm - every solo has another tone and shows their own personality and style...oh sorry I forgot Jin...the Astronaut was so catchy and he Looks so good with the suit and longer hair
You guys should do a part 2... V (taehyung) released 2 songs for his solo debut already, Jimin has another song called "Like Crazy", Jungkook released the explicit version performance for Seven, RM has a lot of other solo songs around like "Still Life Feat. Anderson Paak" , Jhope has other solo songs called "Arson" and "More" , Suga has another song called "Amygdala", Jin has another solo song Music video called "Love yourself epiphany"
Haegeum is FILLED with symbolism. It's also a part of a bigger storyline that runs through Agust D music videos but on its own it more so questions freedom, criticizes the system we're in and our current social norms, like what is allowed and what isn't and why. The word Haegeum itself has two meanings, 1) a traditional Korean string instrument that u can hear implemented in the track as well, and 2) the ''lifting of a ban''. It's a common theme for Yoongi to play two (opposite) roles in one MV, and for Haegeum it was a cop and a thief, which in a way symbolizes how we each play apart in the unescapable system. It's a little hard to explain in detail without any visuals but in the MV you can see that the thief steals the cop's money, one of the guards then calls the cops, and only when the cops arrive does the thief start to run. He gets purposefully caught by the cop, burns the money he stole and ends up killing him at the end. He killed the ''greedy'' version of himself. If you watch Daechwita you'll notice that this is all just a vicious cycle. He keeps killing the bad version of himself when that self becomes filled with greed and envy. He keeps doing it to so the humble version of himself can live on, instead of the one tainted with the things he continuously critizes (envy, greed, jealousy, etc.). The greater meaning lies within the detail though. Like how the thief killed the big guard/boss with chopsticks at the start of the MV, but then proceeds to eat with the same chopsticks at the end. Personally I think it perfectly illustrates how we all move up and take roles that feed into the same system we criticize, because at the end of the day we're all stuck in this unbreakable cycle. Right before the thief killed the cop, the cop chuckled, as if he's aware of how the cycle will find its way to continue. The cycle never ends.
Yes, J Cole was J-Hope’s muse and they met at Lollapalooza 2022 where each of them were performing their concerts. On the Street was J-Hope’s “see you later “ song made for ARMY, released just before enlisting in the South Korean military.

The poem painted on Jimin is German and says: I live my life in ever widening circles, each superseding all the previous ones. Perhaps I never shall succeed in reaching the final circle, but attempt I will. I circle around God, the ancient tower, and have been circling for a thousand years, and still I do not know: am I a falcon, a storm, or a continuing great song? By Rainier Maria Rilke

If you are a J-Cole fan, BTS got permission from J-Cole to do their own rendition of his song Born Sinner- BTS’s version is called Born Singer- it’s incredibly moving and one of the songs that really got my attention. There are videos of them performing it live 💜
I always think about how crazy it is these 7 people were put in the same group. Everyone is so different and their solos are so succesful??? They're so different when they're in their group compared to their solos and i feel like that's so refreshing to see. Instead of doing the same thing they've been doing for years they're doing what they want to do with their solos. Im so glad they're all in the same group. Their diversity is amazing
BTS is an amazing group but their solo projects show how much each person brings their table. They're all so different but dedicated and creative in their own way so when you put them all in a group, it's like you've crafted the greatest thing on earth.
Jhope and jin song were dedicated to army because they enlisted for the military, but jhope has two other solo ( arson and more) and an album " jack in the box", for jin it was most likely a single. Rm song and album " indigo"was made for himself ( if im wrong correct me below) he call it " the last archieve of my twenty", he actually worked on this song and album 4-5 years ago ? The V song that you choose was actually a ost for a kdrama but he realised 2 song, one week ago who are actually pre-relase and his album will be fully realised in semptember. Haegum come frome a trilogy, it start from daechwita to haegum by ending to amygdala his album his d-day, for jungkook it was actually a single. He said an another is set to be realised and his album will be realised in november. Jimin's album is called "face" and the title track of this album is " like crazy" . I would love to see you guys react to each of their album 😊 ( even tho it will be long). Howether suga has actualy an emission called suchwita where he interviews the members and other people from the industry, its really fun , if you can react to it too.😊❤
Agust D / Suga is incredible, for sure. His solo works are the best - the voice, the production, the performance, the lyrics - everything is flawless, a work of art.
I just love how each of them are just so different in the ways they solo. RM for me is all about lyrics, emotion, poetry. I can put his stuff on and just chill. Jhope I bounce to. Vibe to. Jimin is... jimin. Dancing his voice. Jin is just sweet... The Astronaut was for ARMY when he was being enlisted.
if I wasn't part of the fandom, I would find it really hard to believe that these guys are in the same group. all their solo songs and albums sounds so different from each other
To answer all your questions about the songs 1. J. Cole is jhopes muse. On the street was made for 2 purposes, one to say goodbye to army before he enlisted in the military and two, to pay tribute to his idol jcole. 2. Set me free (part 1) is actually an Agust d song from his mixtape d-2. Jimin wanted to acknowledge his brothers song so he named it pt 2. The face album is about jimins emotions he felt during the pandemic. 3. Wildflower music video, most of it was shot practical but the stadium scene was green screen. Indigo is about Joons thoughts on his 20s. He says his fame is like being a firework beautiful and gone in a second... he wants to live as a wildflower that lasts forever. 4. The astronaut was jins goodbye song to army before he enlisted in the military. He worked with his favorite artist, Coldplay for the song. The girl in the music video is supposed to represent the fans, and Earth is the music or BTS he crashed into while wandering through Space (life). 5. There is an explicit version of seven, it's fun. JK will release hus album after 1 more single later this year. 6. Haegeum has 2 meanings. First it means liberation(the theme of the song), and two it's the name for a musical instrument that is both wind and string based. You can hear the instrument sampled in the song. The agust d trilogy ended with the song amygdala. It's 3 part album/mixtape series that shows how suga healed.... from traumas in the past to hard times. 7. V has released 2 music videos for his visual album Layover. Love me again and rainy days are already out. His album comes out thus month.
Side notes: Suga/Agust D also got to meet & collaborate with his muse, Japanese composer Ryuichi Sakamoto before he passed away earlier this year. The song is called Snooze and it’s dedicated to the younger idols/artists who look up to them. It’s beautiful. The whole D-Day album is fantastic. Jimin also got to collaborate with his idol Taeyang from BigBang on his song Vibe.

Conservative people do, but call sex a sin or something that's horrible to do... aren't we an animal? we are rational animals, and animals have to procreate, and since we are rational, sex isn't even totally aimed at procreation, it's also made to make you happier too, it's not the main thing in your life that will make you the happiest person of the world, but it's a human feeling, like it or not, it's like that...

We definitely need part 2 of this video.
You can react to:
Like crazy - Jimin
Arson - J-hope
Still life - RM
Daechwita - Agust D
Epiphany - Jin
Singularity - V
Dreamers - Jungkook
Thanks for taking the time to react to the solo songs of each member 💜
I’d do Chicken Noodle Soup for J Hope. That’s so much fun
@@timothywest1183but Arson is really cool too. And its part of his album
why not react to Taehyungs solo song Love me again? like they did for other members
@@sallystar3688exactly... That's such a addicted song.
I'd switch out Daechwita with Amygdala or People pt. 2 just so they can see a different side of him
I love how you realized J-Cole’s verse showed A LOT of respect to J-Hope.
Agreed
My favorite on the FACE album is Face-off.
You listen to all their solo stuff and wonder how the hell did these 7 people make one group work 😆😆 they have such different styles but their harmony as BTS is amazing. That's why bangtan has such diverse music too. There's just stuff for everyone's taste 👌
And I have diverse taste, myself, so I love them all…genuinely. My mother was a music teacher so I grew up listening to every kind of music. :)
@@Imme_begin That's so cool! For me, it was after I listened to BTS that I've opened up to different genres. I love learning and loving different kinds of music with the tannies 😊
and we were thinking how do they have so different styles in their solos🤣
Jimin really agreat dancer and singer 😢❤❤
12:51 is not the first time Jimin does a spectacular performance like this. I recommend watching his performance for the song called “Lie” (there is no music video)
Set me free pt2 is incredible. Jimin's entire Face album is amazing ❤️
jimin did this live to perfection it was insane his highnote
Yoongi´s D-DAY album is a masterpiece and the fact he was on charge of everything, he produced, composed and wrote the lyrics is insane!!! And the fact that he literally created Haegeum MV is crazy.
So true. Suga's a master music GENIUS.
The Jimins effect continues 😂😂💜
I think he is slowly being baised by jimin

Set me free pt.2 is iconic song. Jimin did amazing.
Jimin's main track is Like Crazy , you can check it out. Love love Jimins voice
Jimin has such a gorgeous voice😍 like an angel 💛💜❤
Yes you're right. J Cole is JHope's muse.
Jimin's tattoo on his chest is fake but it's a German poem by Rainer Maria Rilke.
Edited: Jimin and JK are my bias and RM is my bias wrecker. But I am OT7, I love them all! Great reaction. I love the intro to their solo songs. There are so much you both need to watch. I can't wait to see more BTS. Also please check out JK's Seven Special Performance video. It's the explicit version and it make all sense with Latto's verse.
I love how different they are from each other and you can see that in their solo work yet they still slay in a group. I admire them soo much.
I also want to mention that namjoon (rm) pretty much always writes songs with deep meanings. I would really appreciated if you guys would react to rm on npr desk it’s live and also with English captions😅
I have the astronaut, Face, D-day and Indigo, I will be buying the hope version of Jack in the Box tomorrow
I agree. I mean if I don't know them, I wouldn't think they are in the same group. They all gave different vibes and that's one of the reasons I love each of them so much. It's just so fun and full of surprises.
set me free pt2 is such an amazing debut song for jimin EVERYTHING was perfect i love sm the mv! and also every solo song have special meanings to them bc they involved in their own music so yeah ! its also cool that they have different styles but can work together perfectly as a group too! anyways cant wait for reaction part 2 !
Jimin gotta have my fav solo music . Then it’s a tie between suga and jhope
For me it’s jimin, then RM and Jhope. I love jimin’s diversity and vocal tone. RM’s lyrics and jhopes swag.their songs never get old for me.
Jimin es increíble! su EP "Face" es maravilloso, espero puedan reaccionar a sus canciones, incluído su "hidden track", llamado "Letter". Saludos
We need part 2 here’s my recommendation
Jhope-Arson/More
Jimin-Lie/Filter
Jungkook-Euphoria/My Time
Rm-Still Life/Joke
Jin-Epiphany/Awake
V-Stigma/Singularity
Suga-Daechiwta/Agust D
I would add amygdala
WE ALL NEED PART2😊
haegŭm, also spelled haegeum or haekeum, two-stringed vertical fiddle used in many traditional Korean musical genres. Your welcome. lol
Perfect explanation.
Beautifully said.
Actually V just released 2 singles from his new solo album!! And JK said he will release his album by the end of the year. I am loving August D !!! Everyone is so good! 🎉
J-Hope is my fave solo in BTS, he's such an incredible artist! I grew up listening to Cole and when i heard they were collabing... i cried. And when i first heard Cole's verse on this song... i cried again. I'm just so proud of Hope, man. I still remember him telling J-Cole "You're my muse" 🥺 So proud of him.❤
I love their solo songs but Jimin created classic songs and next is Rm. You need to react to Jimin like crazy..another classic.
I need another album from Jimin asap he ate!!!!❤
Jimin is gorgeous🔥 His album Face is great🔥🔥🔥 I love his voice ❤ He's the most versatile artist😍
If you like the newer solo songs you should check out their solo songs from a few years ago especially LIE by jimin
Jimin is just legendary he’s my fav forever!! he is really the full package and was involved in every aspect of his album making process. Legendary dancer, singer, performer. You should react to more.
V - “rainy days” or “love me again”
Suga - “amygdala”
J-hope - “More” or “Arson”
Jk - “dreamers”
Jimin - “Like Crazy”
RM - still life
Jin - epiphany
So the little girl in Jin and J-Hope's MVs represent Army. These songs were a message and see you later to Army before they went into the military.
:)
Jimin the perfect👍. Set me free pt2 the best performance❤
Jimin legendary singer. Set me free beautiful✨✨✨✨. Ji voice the best👍💯
@@njjm5003 ok thanks I was just trying my best to give them some information I could remember
Jimin is also my bias! 🤩 i like all his solo songs!❤️🔥
yall need to see set me free pt 2 live 🤩🤩
and all of jimin’s performances tbh, every bts member is a great performer, but jimin is….. just on another level
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!💯
They are ALL amazing in their own ways. DIFFERENT members “hit different” to different people.
@@Imme_beginbruh, just let people compliment Jimin without making it about everyone all the time.
The whole body of tattoos that’s written on Jimin is in German but he does have real tattoos.
Jin is talking about ARMY and the little girl represents ARMY.
The reason Suga goes with Agust D is actually very simple! Suga was part of some kind of a rap group called Daegu-Town (DT, I believe that was the name) and the name came by just writing DT Suga backwards ! Agust D
Daegu is his hometown, not a name from a group he was in.
@@marydavis5234 ohh okay, I thought there was some kind of rap group with the name, thanks for correcting me!
@@marydavis5234It is where he is from, but pretty sure Daegu Town was the name of his underground rap group when he was a teenager

The versatality u see by the Bts members is something u cannot find in kpop. Thats why it is said that BTS is beyond kpop. You could explore the complete albums by RM, Jhope, Jimin and Suga and i promise u wldnt be disappointed. Their full albums and not just main track r masterpieces, infact some of their b side tracks r so amazing (i personally love some more than main track).
And soon to be V and JK.
PARK JIMIN KILLED IT 🔥🔥

I am also thankful for Jimin, he is my bias. Alone is my favorite song of his face album. And RM song hectic is beside Wildflower sooo good! I have both album as CD and enjoy them during car rides! And J-Hope, Agust D aka Suga, Jungkook and V hmmmm - every solo has another tone and shows their own personality and style...oh sorry I forgot Jin...the Astronaut was so catchy and he Looks so good with the suit and longer hair
Todos son únicos cada uno en su estilo ... Pero PARK JIMIN con su Álbum FACE, simplemente lo mejor !!!;🐣🤍💜🙏
You guys should do a part 2...
V (taehyung) released 2 songs for his solo debut already, Jimin has another song called "Like Crazy", Jungkook released the explicit version performance for Seven, RM has a lot of other solo songs around like "Still Life Feat. Anderson Paak" , Jhope has other solo songs called "Arson" and "More" , Suga has another song called "Amygdala", Jin has another solo song Music video called "Love yourself epiphany"

jimin is a main dancer (he knows every genre, even contemporary dance) & lead vocalist, he’s amazing and my favorite! sorry if my english is bad.

I circle around God, the ancient tower,
and have been circling for a thousand years, and still I do not know: am I a falcon,

J. Cole is j-hope's muse.. That's why he gave him biggest verse.. He used to dance(street style) to his songs when he was a rookie.. That's why he is dancing while Cole is rapping

They're all so different but dedicated and creative in their own way so when you put them all in a group, it's like you've crafted the greatest thing on earth.
jimin ❤❤❤❤
Jimin también es mi bias😊

V has 2 songs out from the new album. Rainy Days and Love Me Again. He does have solos from BTS albums: Singularity & Stigma to mention 2.
And innerchild too
if I wasn't part of the fandom, I would find it really hard to believe that these guys are in the same group. all their solo songs and albums sounds so different from each other
RMs Indigo album is a masterpiece. pure ART! 💜
To answer all your questions about the songs
OMG IM SO HAPPY!!! CANT WAIT FOR YOU GUYS TO REACT TO MORE SOLO SONGS BECAUSE IT JUST GETS BETTER AND BETTER!!
7:48 funny you should say LIKE CRAZY cuz his other song is called like crazy! You should react to it you’ll love it 🩷
