Learn how to make fine rice flour at home.
Making at home fine rice flour can be challenging, I've already thrown away something that looked more like rice bran than rice flour until I learned that there is an easy method to make homemade rice flour really, really fine.
And all you need is a regular, average blender, no need for a super powerful, super expensive one. Just stay and watch.
You can use any type of rice to make flour as long as it's white or wholegrain, the process doesn't work for black rice.
1 cup of rice gives more or less 1.5 cups of rice flour.
