Happy 50th Anniversary Lisa, I really enjoy your podcasts. Something else we can all be grateful for is the podcast is the reason you started your shop and all the lovely products you stock. I am very grateful for your project bags! I love them for their practicality and for their beauty, the hand balm and the sock ruler. I also like the yarns you stock and that you have gone all out on the colours that are available to us. Mostly it’s your sunny disposition and gorgeously knitted garments and accessories. What a gift 🧶

Well done! 50 episodes. Amazing. I’ve been here since day 1 and always looking out for your next episode. So interesting and informative. I was lucky enough to win Mrs peacocks self stripping yarn in another of your give always. It’s so pretty. I have it on my craft table and just love looking at it. It would be a shame to knit it up! Look forward to the next fifty episodes!!! All the best. Cheers Karen

Congratulations for your 50th Episodes. I’m listening while I’m knitting sleeves with your 30cm Chiaogoo 1st time in round. I’m all so mastering your little shorties for my socks.Never thought I’d be using metal needles. Loving them ! I purchased a set of wooden ones so will have to buy the occasional metal ones. Enjoy your Christmas break. Best wishes Merilyn

Lisa you are such an inspiration to so many people. I really never wanted to do brioche but you have changed my mind. As for socks I am trying to knit more of them. I keep making them to large. Have a wonderful holiday season and I’ll be waiting patiently for your next podcast in the new year.

Thank you so much! Merry Christmas. You could try going down a needle size for your socks. Knitting them at a tighter gauge may help.

Hi Lisa, well done on getting to podcast 50!
I retired at the same time as you started podcasting and I would like to Thank You ( not the other way around) for helping me from transitioning from work to, not always, a life of leisure. I always enjoy your podcasts, they are always helpful, informative, and full of good pattern ideas.
My first brioche attempt was Andrea's Harlow hat - it ended up a bit loose, whether that was because it was my first brioche attempt I'm not sure, but would definitely go done a needle size if I did it again. Am keen to give Alana's cowl a go - patterned brioche always looks so good.

That thunderstorm blew through Wellington too with a hiss and a roar! My first brioche project was Andrea Mowry's Ramble Shawl, her tutorials are so good I'd definitely go with one of her patterns for the first one.

Congratulations on 50 wonderful episodes. You have introduced me to so many wonderful patterns over the years. Last January we went to Maui and I began the “socks on a plane” pattern. My goal was to finish them but I did not. I’m trying to convince my husband we need to go back this year so I can get them finished. So far he’s not biting. 😂. Merry Christmas and I wish you many blessings in 2024 🎊 🎉

How wonderful for you to reach this milestone, congratulations Lisa. I have received my last 2 orders from you in just a few days from NZ to Aus, amazing. I would love to try brioche and I have just brought a book by Nancy Marchant which I’m going to read over this coming Christmas holidays. Congratulations on 50 episodes 🥰 someone told me about your channel and said we look like sisters 😂 you're very talented. Love the yarn behind you. I'm a basic crocheter and knitter but I like to encourage everyone to "have a go". Currently I'm knitting basic drop sleeve cardigans with no shaping but learnt to do pockets and cables. Please hold up the wrap your daughter made again as I didn't see it properly 😂

Hi there Lisa, what a full podcast and so friendly and helpful. 1:16:13
You have inspired me to knit DRK Everyday Socks which I started today. I have knitted socks before and they were Toe up but using Judy's Magic Cast on so the Turkish Cast on was different but easy. I am hoping that I can take them with me when I have my treatment because that takes 3 hours and it will give me something to do.
I love your Jo Locatelli Sweater, the colours really suit you and the fit looks really good.
I think you should be very proud of yourself for making your podcast and for continuing with it.
I watched some last night and finished it tonight, I am going to check out your website when I finish this message.
I hope that you and your Family have a lovely Christmas too. Travel Safe and take care. All the Best for 2024.

Hi Lisa. Really enjoyed your episode today - congratulations on reaching number 50. I really love the It's a Wrap pattern. I've been wanting to teach my sisters to knit and that sounds like a good pattern to start with. I'd love to purchase your gift set because your yarn looks gorgeous, but the cost of shipping to the US just makes it impossible. I'm wondering if I could purchase the pattern from you separately? Thanks! (fingers crossed)

I was just casting off a jumper while listening and watching..... I, too was recently in Hokitika, I was on a road trip with my niece. I hope you went to the Stone oven bakery?...Best pies in New Zealand, seriously. I went to the sock museum and saw all the old sock machine's it was fascinating!!!. I know this is cheeky to ask, but, Im an ex kiwi living in Melbourne, would it be at all possible to buy those kiwi stitch markers? If so could I please buy 2 sets? I just have to get my mits on those Jandles :))) My brother has moved to Blenheim so they could be posted there if that's ok?
