The most expensive and authentic thing is probably the movie reel. The dress, jewelry and hair clip probably are expensive because of the craft it took to replicate but its not from the set. I assume most of the real props are in museums.
Also here’s a little story, you know how there wasn’t a lot of technology back then, and they had to use binoculars. Well the guy forgot the key to the room, and if they had the binoculars, they would have saw the ice berg and rerouted. So thanks a lot guy with the binocular key.
