I really agree with your points but one for people making sites in notion is that they can export all their pages in html to another platform more advanced.
@@TomLittlersChannel I’m working on it but not at the moment. But even though I use Wordpress I figure that using Notion to create my blogs and organize my images in the blogs there would help me to focus on writing. In Wordpress I get lost in customizing plugins and themes, but there is a export option to export html in Notion including subpages; and an import option to import html with Wordpress or if you publish using GitHub pages. If it works beautifully it will save me time organizing html code or markdown and just focus on writing which would drastically speed up my workflow.
On UA-cam I see a lot of Notion users trying to get it to do recurring tasks. It seems so clunky. I think they would save themselves time and hassle by just linking to a dedicated task manager like Todoist. Or they can even embed Todoist into a Notion page. Soooooo much easier.
This is probably late, but i've found that it is possible to integrate google sheets in with notion via embedding. I find it helpful.
