3. Motions
↓ ↘ → - Press Down to Forward in a quick motion.
→ ↓ ↘ - Press Forward to Down to DownForward in a quick motion. Easier done by pressing Forward to Down to Forward fast.
↓ ↙ ← - Press Down to Back in a quick motion.
→ ↘ ↓ ↙ ← - Press Forward to Down to Back in a quick motion.
READ: For Special Moves to work you must do the motion first then press the last movement direction plus the attack button at the same time. Example - Hayate: do this first (↓ ↘) then press at the same time → + P. The same goes for all Special Moves or Super Arts.
4. Super Moves Motions
↓ ↘ → x2 (x2 means press two times) - Press Down to Forward then again Down to Forward in a fast motion. Example - Abare Tosanami: ↓ ↘ → x2 + K. (↓ ↘ → ↓ ↘ → + K)

makoto is like the favorite child of 3rd strike; just look at those animations!
Just to mention it for those who may not know, Hayate is cancelable by pressing any kick button. It’s good for feigning then dashing in with karakusa
when ever i play her, i always press down and HK thinking she might do a sweep. but its actually down and HP which is kinda confusing

Crazy how command normals have names. I guess if Tekken can do more than that, other fighting games will do it to.
I lost like 3-4 times against her in * * * * level arcade
She ruined my consecutive victories as well. And I had to pick between Makoto... or Akuma.

I doubt she will...not many people ask for her! Thats a shame, because unlike Sean, for whom there is crazy fandom demand (which i honestly don't get at all...) Makoto has her own unique movesets, that includes unique win poses and animations! Sean is just another shoto clown wannabe, just like Dan, with whom even some sf characters in the game compare him! Characters like Sean and Oro have much more chances to return in SFV, than Makoto will ever have! At least Q has some chance as well, considering he is quite demanded Street Fighter character as well (His attacks are all unique, with some exceptions, Some of his moves look like rip-off Balrog's boxing technics...other than that he is his own thing in SF3! Would like to see him return in SF3!)

I like Makoto she's one of the Best character in streetfighter.....But the reason why i don't like her moveset is Her Unique moveset is more looked stronger than her *super move*....Like the Fuga uppercut....😐.😑very lame to be the special moves....

Daikkenaurora SA 1 and 2 are just very good and with SA3 you can't use guard, just parry so you have to be more offensive and in this game is hard
I see. I never used Makoto. After seeing this video, and seeing how much damage SA3 does, I was shocked no one really used it.

Because of that she has a death combo if you perform the Double Fukiage when you do her Super 2
Say... if Makoto were in one of the "King of Fighters" games, then she'd have one thing in common with Yuri and King: hand her the final defeat in the form of a special move, and that would tear off the top part of her gi, revealing her bra.
