how u do that
In general, is it better to do press-hold-7secs or rapid compressions with a bullworker? Or a mix of both?
Better to mix both. I prefer the 7 second hold before the compressions as well.

Thanks for the workout. Although, is it normal, that when I do the frontal abdominal crunch with the 36'', I don't feel the abs working?
Not at all, try tightening your core first then concentrating on firing your abs, lastly try the higher resistance.
Try to concentrate on a straight back and contracting your front abs...
