    This is the nassi goreng recipe I've been searching for. Thanks a lot for uploading this in the UA-cam.
    The rice we use matters a lot in making nassi goreng. Which type do we use for the perfect texture and flavour?
    Now I see you using the same oil you fried the anchovies. That gives it's unique flavour and smell.
