I was hoping to learn about the usb dongles. Is any data usb dongle from any provider in any country just plug and play ?
Can you just rent the bonding service by the month? I don't want to use bonding every month, just several times a year. I have two HDMI LiveU Solos. The SDI version was way too much, so I just bought a couple of Blackmagic HDMI>SDI converters, a cheaper and just as effective solution.

Is this the best and only LiveU model to be able to stream live on facebook and youtube?? Also, does the LiveU solo work on a Canon 70D DSLR camera?
Great video! Question if i am out trying to stream IRL and do not have a laptop with me to start the stream the way you showed how would it work? I mainly want to walk around NYC/Nature streaming. How would this work without a laptop?
I guess he's stumped ! If you require laptop at location might as well buy nice laptop with capture card and dvi from camera to laptop and go live without solo u live. If laptop connects to wifi your good to go live from laptop. However, in situations without wifi nearby you may require netgear modem to directly connect ethernet to netgear data modem. That's assuming you have 4g towers nearby. You would of course need laptop OBS software to feed external camera to Facebook etc.

You say all six networks ? Do you mean four? (for LiveU Solo) 2 x LTE/USB, 1 x WI-FI, 1 x Lan = 4, I think it is important to let everyone know that since this review is listed as a LiveU Solo review, the Solo does not include 2 x internal LTE modems are only available on the much more expensive models in the LiveU range , it was a bit of a casual throwaway comment that suggested that it was an option having internal LTE modems which it is not.

Looks like shot location requires laptop connected to www for live u solo to work. Thats inconvenient.
Hi! How does this compare with the Teradek Vidiu Encoder (basic not Pro)?
Basic dont have the function to use multiple sim. It's good to do the live with single sim... and simple to use.. If your area have network issues and you need more speed then go for liveu or teradek vidiu pro
How does the bonding work ? What are the criteria/processes ? Any video tutorials on that please ?
just you need to have active Subscription of LRT at your LiveU portal, you dont need to do any thing, automatically it bond all network which you had connected to device.

You need to have subscription to bond all networks, subscription available Monthly & Annually.

Yes it can. But you will have to Subscribe to a thrid party service like SwitchBoard 👍

Switchboard, Restream etc can give facility for multiple streaming usually monthly 20$ charge . Available at their website

no, LiveU device only bond network from Liveu Cloud LRT server.
I purchased the unit Liveu solo from Bhphoto and it didnt work from day one.The customer service at Liveu is terrible. 5 days after spending 2k and I'm still in Limbo.@Bhphoto should return all my money

modems are normal USB dongles,
how about that USB dongle work? can I use the Verizon service sim card in it?
