If they rectify the hit accuracy and hit detection issues, the stamina problem will likely resolve itself. With the player gaining more control over their punch selection and accuracy, they’ll be able to land more clean and effective punches. All the missed punches and punches that don’t register are costing players unnecessary stamina.
It’s a fun game. Play long enough online and you will find out what makes the game so frustrating. The scoring is fucked. The hit detection is trash. Throwing big body hits that clearly should be landing and it’s not. Block haymaker and you still get hit. There is much more little annoying things about the game. You cannot play competitive at all because it’s just not fair with all the bugs. The game is good but has a lot of work to be done to make it even right. They released way too early the game is still in beta mode. All good I’m happy to have a boxing game. Definitely not over hated.

They need way more updates on career mode more modifications for your cloths better ring intros and commentary more hair styles for your fight and also more fighting and punching styles on career mode you should be able to mix and match the the type of jabs or hooks and uppercuts u want
It's so much more updates they could do with career mode even the nicknames because they suck.... how detailed they went with character creation they need to do the same with everything else the tattoos suck especially that full body sleeve and more customizable apparel and more details for how your boxer fights like Ali jab with Joe Frazier hooks and canelo uppercut would be love...but also added training games b4 fights like they did on fight night

Throw any punch and hold block you will see the issue in how long it takes to actually snap back to block, also what is up with the block punches (jab, straight) ? Awful. Some 8 round bs
Every time you punch you can’t block quick enough it has a slight delay aswell as certain punches put you in a 1 sec or so animation that gets you hit further
Waste movement is trash, bobbing and weaving is useless. And that Stuuupid RB button that sometimes works sometimes doesn’t but never is effective is just ridiculous, wouldn’t be so annoying if the waste movement wasn’t so robotic and snappy

There's a big glitch where you'll be fighting the bell rings. And you keep fighting until somebody gets knocked out. Even if you run out of stamina, I don't know if you've seen it.
That happened to me about a month ago. I beat the living hell out of my opponent. Both eyes swollen and cuts everywhere. When I finally ko'ed him after about 6 knockdowns he was out. He didn't move and doctors came in the ring.
Sad thing is people don't realize that it was better in beta. Imagine a company going backwards and people think it's forward. They are scamming the hell out of yall. 😂

I’ve also noticed a few new ko animations that are pretty awesome.
What about the stamia? Punches still do lots of damage even when boxers punch themselves out. Tired boxers should take more damge and punches should be weaker in power.

In my opinion this game would he great if they just toned down the blocking and the speed you move while rocked. My fix When you hold block it starts to deteriorate your block health the longer you hold it.
They quit and avoid a loss, but we still don't receive the win..... sucks in all honesty. But they'll fix it. It should already be done, but it's not, so we have to wait I guess
I could only recommend it if it was $40 or less AND if you would primarily want to play online because there’s some great competitive fun to be had. I enjoy it much more than stand & bang UFC and think it’s better than FN champions from a gameplay standpoint. It’s just a very barebones game when it comes to career mode and it lacks a lot of great options when it comes to what we want out of a great boxing game. Your career boxer is capped at 80 if you want to use him in offline exhibition and you can’t even use career fighter online. This game needs another year of updates to be worth its full price.

I took a pause in the game. I hit Gold 4 and of course I’m being match with sweaty Khan and Crawford body jab and straight right spammers. I miss the stamina that stopped the spammer but it is what it is. I need a reason to continue to play online I’m 178-36 so unless they restart the record. I’m not seeing the point of continuing to fight
Commentary is not fit for purpose! Needs a fix! It’s a great game at its core just needs some focus on getting hit detection on point. Still ghost punches are landing, and shots aren’t landing that should! Also the same getting animation from getting knocked fine is really dry. Really hope they update it.
You know what nobody talk about? They need to get rid of AI opponents taking a knee. I've watched boxing my entire life, that is EXTREMELY rare, yet the AI in this game does it all the time. Get rid of taking a knee and add clinching!

I see everyone complaining about ppl dcing and getting losses. Im on ps5 been playing since release. And as of the patch before this. Even with dc's they end up tossing the towel in and you get the win... so like, have people just not updated this game? Or are my and my group of 14 friends who all play this. I got cpu stamina down to 22% you have to goto the body. I’m not sure what your doing

U career mode is probably still tied to the first patch bro. You have to start your career mode from the beginning
