    Please stop running, especially for long periods. This machine was designed to move, for motion is lotion. “Move” does not mean overreacting. I’m a former Olympic weightlifter, and I wish someone took the time to explain to me that our bodies were not meant to do 99% of the things we consider good and normal to do today.
    I’m almost 100% certain that my message would fall on deaf ears, however I said what had to be said. Each to their own.

      I'm an ultra runner. That means, for me at least, hours of slow, relaxed movement, in nature, with breaks, rest, food. To me, that's as natural as it gets!
      If people are still doing it happily into their 60s and 70s (they are), it seems it's a beneficial practice.
