Caring for others is what I feel God wants me to do. I feel like it's my calling. I've been a CNA for 30 plus years and a med tech for 4 years....the money isn't great but the rewards of seeing my clients and residents smile and say where have you been, when I'm off is rewarding itself. Now it's time for me to start my own business because I'm getting older and I want to train and pass the love and compassion on to my granddaughter who is a CNA also.

This is why I follow you coach! It makes me feel a way when ppl are money focused first on this industry. This just isn't the industry for that. Of course everyone wants to make money but home care is so much more than that.
