This is an amazing analysis - I recently found your channel and enjoy the vods you create. Some thing I noticed is the hunger bar beside the stamina. I am hoping they don't add survival elements to this game. Like you the story is what has always drawn me to these games and it would be so heartbreaking if they didn't continue that.
Oooh, there IS a hunger bar next to stamina. Can't believe I haven't noticed it! I don't personally mind survival elements, but two new genres in the mix could be a bit much for one game.
Amazing analysis as usual ❤. From the article I read about this game, the devs said that the 'core game loop' of the My Time remains, it just comes with a twist this time where this time the whole settlement is our workshop now and also 40+ hours of narrative breeming with exploration and all that. I really can't picture how My Time game mixed with city building concept is gonna be and I'm also bad with city management games lol but I'm intrigued and excited for it. I also a bit worried with the smaller number of NPCs and only 8 to 10 romancable characters this time but the devs said the romance with be a bit more depth and comes rather earlier this time compared to the previous games so hopefully this game will be just as good or even better than the previous ones. Really hope Gaudi will be romancable as well though since him and Avery are my goals even before this game was announced lol 😂 those two are so cute in MTAS hehe. Looking forward to the KS and more videos from you regarding this game hhehe
Great analysis as always, was looking forward to it! 🤗 (The late as always sentence just belongs to your videos, it’s charming and… well, suitable 😄) Looks like I have to adopt the Ragnar the Red nickname though, can’t unsee/unhear it anymore 😂
Typically it's quality over quantity, so it could be having less characters can mean they're not as spread out, and can delve more into characters. And I will say, with this being a starting town, it makes sense that there are less character there. We will have to see when it comes out, but I would think they will still prioritize the character writing as I thought it was good in Portia and really good in Sandrock.
the two mystery romanceble characters just might be the two main characters you can pick to play as, you might be able to romance the character you didn't pick to play as in the beginning of the game. the silhouettes seem similar enough.
Hm, if that were the case there wouldn't be much sense in voting. I suppose those are just placeholder silhouettes. There will be character customization, so you don't actually play as one of two premade characters, like in Rune Factory for example, but make your own. Pathea usually prepares "default" player characters to use in promotional materials, but they don't really appear in the game itself.
i feel like im gonna go for raganr and victor even though we dont know what victor looks like yet but i like guys with long hair and ill prbbaly get the switch version
good morning, I wanted to know if anyone knows which platforms this game comes out for? is also available the switch as for the other two previous games? thanks
They should’ve never changed the character design to look like every other game coming out trying to copy Final Fantasy anime. Should’ve just kept the classic they had with the character design. Don’t fix something that isn’t broken. The games got pretty good recognization and they’re doing quite well for themselves, to suddenly change this to appeal to the ordinary factory work push out same copy paste crap like every other game is doing hurts it
Oh jeez not another Venti 😅 I prefer less options if it means they are fully fleshed out rather than many options with very minimal development.
